HOTEL PTC

Worst service, Worst food, Worst Rooms and poor staff coordination and co-operation. This Hotel is not even worth 1 Star; however gave 1 star, as needed to write this Review. Extremely rude Manager (Narayan) and cleaning staff and on top of that, even after complaining the issues to PTC Hotel head (Satish); no adherence was given in terms of Worst service provided for our vacation from the month of October 2023. In spite of booking this hotel 1 month in advance, the AC deluxe rooms allocated to us were of the following conditions: - Stinking Toilets - Cockroaches in the room - Non operative AC - Cigarete smoke in the room - Worst coffee ever - No hot water for bath Humble request to all to not to cater to any paid reviews provided to the hotel and attempt to book this Hotel, considering it is near from the Railway station. Worst experience ever in terms of Hotel and Service Industry ever witnessed by Hotel PTC. Would NEVER recommend this Hotel to anyone. The stay here was excellent. The decor was beautiful and luxurious. The staff was very kind and accommodating, especially Laxmanji who was central and helping booking reservations for us. A stay here would definitely make you feel like royalty. 10/10 would recommend and stay next time I’m in Indore!

This hotel is only for couples 2 times I have booked this hotel and when I went with my Family at hotel there were 3 peoples sitting at reception and they straight away denied the room inspite of booking and they were giving rooms to couples. The hotel is not that good , Food quality was worst . No Regular cleaning of the hotel . There is no nearby food option available so that you guest staying in that hotel can take outside food also. Poor service , if you request anything they will not serve you for sure . Room does not have hot kettle to warm water , neither tea / coffee . Water bottle they don't give on complementary also . Worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life time . WC was so dirty you cant even sit for Poop . The hotel staff don't know the difference between hand wash & body wash . Same hand wash liquid is used for shower gel too . Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 1

Rooms are nice, clean and well lighted. Courteous staff. It was a nice stay at Hotel PTC. Service too is very good. We checked in late night, bt Mr. Sumer (Reception Night Staff) was very helpful, because of which the C/in was very smooth. Location wise this property takes 5/5 specially for the train travellers like us, being very close to Rail station. Nice hotel . Good behaviour

Not a well maintened management, no coordination between staff, the room service are the WORST, they don't even change the articles after cleaning infact the cleaning are done after you reach the hotel so you have to wait for almost an half a hour after you returned from a hectic dayy. Some Geysers are not working Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 2 Rooms Just the outer appearance is good don't expect service from them
