They have very good rooms available at this price compare to other hotels in the same area. It is located just 2minutes away from Indore Railway Station. The hotel is really very good and helpful staff and very cleanly maintained and you get room service and also a food court inside. The manager here Fatesh rabari is a gentleman and helpful in sorting out any problem you face and the hotel is located in the heart of the city and just 200 meters from Indore Railway Junction. I had a great experience staying here. Would prefer to visit again if I happen to visit indore again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Third class hotel and their staff Mr Nilesh who as reception person worst if he will continue with job hotel will loose customer. I booked room online when we reach near to indore he told me I could not find your boking and directly told me roughly cancel your booking. This was happening at night 11pm . This kind of attitude this person having room was not clean when we asked again room service person was not ready to change bedsheets and pillow covers my suggestion do not book this hotel for any reason seriously Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1 Rooms Third class

Worst Service, Worst Food, Worst Rooms and Poor Manager and Staff coordination and co-operation. Manager (Narayan) and cleaning staff were extremely rude and arrogant, & even after complaining the issues to PTC Hotel head (Satish); no adherence was given in terms of Worst service provided for our vacation for October 2023. The AC deluxe rooms allocated to us were had Stinking Toilets, Cockroaches in the room, Non operative AC, Cigarete smoke in the room, Worst coffee ever and No hot water for bath; which are the essentials of the Hotel. 3rd Class Hotel with the worst of all the facilities. The Manager (Narayan) and even the Head (Satish) was not helpful at all and in spite of the room issues being highlighted to them, turned deaf ears on the problems being faced. Very bad experience (5 Feb 2023). I can't list all of my bad experiences, here are the top most: 1. Poor parking. 2. Parking with no lights seems very scary with empty beer, whisky bottles and having a foul smell of the toilet. Very dangerous with family. 3. No one is in the basement you have to park your own in the dark and dirty area. 4. Poor reception person, they are telling me that we have group booking,so we can't attend you, you have to wait for 10 min, and i wait for more than 50mins. 5. It's not over yet, after booking we ordered tea and poha, they told me that we will call you in 5 min, we are busy in group booking. So finally i visited outside for tea as I'm having kids it is difficult to manage the hunger of kids. 6. Yes, i forget that we didn't get water, luckily we carried our own water bottle. 7. I booked a room with breakfast, they are surprised that this can be possible. this experience is still breakfast time, but you can surely imagine my check-out experience.
