Pathetic hotel and pathetic services They charge bomb 4K per night but in name of service this hotel is a total ZERO 0. Never stay in this hotel. For 4000 rupees a night rate you get only 1 plate in name of breakfast. Not good at all @ price of more than Rs.2000/- per day. Staff was not co-operative, multiple time had to call for the defects in bathroom and cleaning of room. In 2 days stay, changed three rooms & not satisfied with the hospitality. Travel group Couple Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 3 Rooms Only exterior and reception / lobby area looks premium, Room prices are more than Rs.2000/- but cleanliness of the rooms are not proper - dust and dirt found every where - on fan blades, in AC blower, over / below the furniture (cupboard / desk / television) which may cause dust allergy. Faulty bathrooms - slow water from wash basin tap, low pressure in toilet flush, water geyser was not working, slider of bath area was not closing etc. Walkability Location is near to Indore Railway Station (3 mins walking distance from platform 4) within commercial area having road connectivity. Noteworthy details Not good at all @ price of more than Rs.2000/- per day.

Very bad I visited n seeing It’s third class service provided not interested room clean it’s normal required drinking mineral water not provided also I didn’t rcv breakfast taking a super deluxe room I can’t understand y they doing this type of behavior maximum customer I seen today also all customer suffers same then y put the advertising for customer attractive to breakfast lunch or dinner n not good communication with customer. also they survey already used drinking water survey to customer I strictly denied to them don’t provide me this drinking water. After they provide me drinking water- also not provide as per booking mention all required kindly plz remove advertisements of ur hotel bcz at the same time 4 couples doings same service provided n very very disappointing with service of service industries
