On the cost of AC room, the AC was not working, dripping water all the time. Turned off the AC and spent the night entirely in non AC room. Morning when informed the manager, he was not ready to listen our complaint. He got hyper and misbehaved. Spacious rooms, good facility, friendly ambience. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful in all aspects. And the food is a just at the restaurant. It's the staff that make a stay enjoyable, and all the team members at the hotel were superb. From reception to cleaners , everyone made you feel welcomed. The rooms were clean, had kettles, coffee, tea and some complimentary biscuits. I would happily return there if I was visiting Indore again. Great place to stay and they have an amazing team there. We booked 18 rooms for guests. Reservation staff did not handover the keys of all the rooms to us. As few guest did not came, they gave the vacant rooms to other guest without our knowledge and charged both parties. When we came to know and questioned, staff became aggressive and created big mess. Faced very bad experience. Not at all recommended.
