Hotel Konark Inn

For my niece's birthday party, I booked a party hall and experienced remarkable service from the hotel. Everyone enjoyed the taste of all the food items, and the staff knew their duty well. There is no need to guide too much. I got separate dining and all this is with a super friendly budget. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

1. Your hotel maintenance is good. 2. Breakfast time maintaining 9 am but it is not possible for customers it is requested to prepone 7.30 am why because all offices meeting will start by 9 am. 3. Better to book any other nearby Hotel. It is not worth above Rs. 1000/Night. Rooms and passage gallery are smelling like dead rats. Rooms are even not Ready by 5PM. Attached few pics for your reference. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1 Rooms Full of worst smells Noteworthy details Don't book, better to take any other hotel.

One of the worst experiences ever, Mr. Naveen singh was very rude and impolite and does not know the meaning of being in hospitality business. I will never recommend any guest to stay here. Trip type Business Travel group Friends Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4 Hotel highlights Great value

Poor experience staying at the konark inn…first of all there is no lift on the ground floor..so basically you have to climb two floors if your room is on the second floor…secondly, there was some function when we were staying there; their guests were creating a big ruckus and our room was full of noise till late…thirdly, they don’t take care of their equipment. The AC in the room wasn’t functioning properly and around 5 in the room, it started creating huge noise and water started coming out of it…i think we wouldn’t have paid attention; it would have blasted…when we told this at the reception, they basically didn’t care. Overall really bad experience Trip type Business Travel group Couple Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 4

The hotel was good. Rooms were very neat and clean. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also excellent near to the NH52. Its good for people who don't wants to go into the centre of the city and stay at hotels nearby the highway. The only downside was the bad smell was keep coming from the bathroom. Otherwise everything was good. Recommended.
