Overall the hotel is good centrally located. Restaurant food is tasty. Only they need to improve a little in the washrooms like keeping proper toiletries and bath soaps room fresh lner. Everyone please read this review very carefully before visiting this third class service hotel where the staff is extremely rude and mannerless Do not waste your precious time and day giving a penny to these fraudsters Disgusting pathetic ridiculous👿👎 even more bad then these words So let me begin with my booking part I book this hotel from mmt the price there it's showing 1600 and something As we reached the hotel initially they denied that there is no booking on my name then later on they confirm okay it's there They collected our id I'll let you all prior I m not an indore local neither my friend we both live in pune So they collected id took our address verify id and given us a third class room saying people are checking out we will assign you deluxe room after half and hour we were oky we that We went to room after half an hour we place a call on there telecom That we need to get fresh can u shift us to our assigned room they say it will take more 15 min After wasting our 45 min they called and we need to leave the hotel as they don't allow local id My question is two people living outside indore how they become local secondly we have given our adhar card adhar is national id each indian have adhar it's mention on there site they accept adhar card They made us leave the room we ask for refund they say we have no money as mmt haven't forwarded yet to us you can complain on mmt We file a complain on mmt they haven't given us any refund yet saying the hotel authorities are not ready to refund the money Again I ask what did u charge us for For wasting our time and day For giving us a pathetic room and disgusting service You people don't deserve a penny Don't even know the meaning of hospitality and open a hotel to cheat need my refund and a written apology also the compensation to waste my precious time Trip type Business Travel group Couple Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1 Rooms Horrible and unclean Noteworthy details They fraud you they book the hotel and later on give stupid reason to not assign you any room and ask you to leave the hotel and won't provide any refund

A very average hotel with very less facilities. No much aminities... If you don't get a tea kit for the morning tea in your room in these days in any of the hotels, it's beyond expectation. The chef comes after 7 and then only after ordering you get your 1st tea. Washrooms are absolutely average types and there is a constant filthy smell of drainage from the washrooms. No good ventilation in the room. There is no facility to keep your baggage on any board-- everytime you have to lift up your bag and put on the bed to open it. Rooms are very small. Reception ppl are not very cooperative. They must upgrade their facilities little more so that any client would think of coming again. No facility for baggages. There is a small wardrobe kind of cupboard which is not very useful. Bedsheets/ towels would be changed or cleaned only on your demand. Can not recommend this hotel to others-- only positive point is that it is in a good area

Hygiene, Food, Service was good. But a lot of noise, disturbance due to working staff chatter and people smoking in the hotel was allowed was a biggest No No. Overall more than average experience. Clean rooms, professional staff, good food. Very close to Medanta Hospital which is a plus. Location is superb, in the heart of Vijay Nagar, close to malls and many other places to visit. This is a very good hotel located in a prime location. Charges are reasonable and complementary breakfast is good. Staff is trained and room size is enough. Recommended
