वे बेहद मिलनसार थे और हमें सुबह 10 बजे की तरह जल्दी चेक इन करने की अनुमति दी। हम बहुत जल्दी होटल पहुंच गए और मैं इंतजार नहीं करना चाहता था। तो यह एक बड़ा धन था। सेवा भी असाधारण थी। किसी मित्र को वहाँ अवश्य भेजेंगे।

Recently i stayed here with my family for 4 nights . Location of the hotel is good as it is very near to railway station , Rajwada market , kapda market etc . However services of the hotel needs a lot of improvement to meet up the expectations of the guests from a brand like lemon tree. I ordered tea from my room after 20 mins they served me hot water instead of tea can u believe this ? This is not a Oyo hotel Front line staff is also not that courteous … overall this hotel disappointed us on many fronts . Lemon Tree hotel is a very beautiful hotel in Indore. Very clean hotel with a very good atmosphere. The staff are good. There are gym, spa, conference room and restaurants. Food is very good. Room is very spacious and well designed. Wash room is also nice. Very comfortable furniture. This hotel is in a central place and close to many places in Indore. Many places are walkable. Centrally located in Indore with good road connectivity to many places. Overall ambience of the property is good and foods are delicious and service is more or less prompt. The Rooms are bit old style and floors are a bit dusty which should have been covered with carpet. Washroom design is good and ergonomic. The main problem is the plug points in the room are very bad in terms of design, one cannot put wide chargers into it. The ac control is also old fashioned. The lifts were not properly working. The buffet breakfast and dinner were moderately good. The behaviour of the staff members were good. The walls in each floor are well decorated with different sculptures. Despite its age, the hotel has managed to maintain a level of comfort that is commendable, though it's evident that the construction and design lean heavily on older aesthetic choices. Though we Checked in at Midnight but Aman managed and comforted the process hassle-free and very quick. Room was spacious, clean. Linens were very clean too. Location of the Hotel is in a very prominent part of the city, there are many Shops and shoping mall nearby though we didn't feel any noise issue inside the property. There were ample plug points to charge our Gadgets. Bathroom rather a bit old but Clean and Maintained. Only issue was with the flush system. I will request the management to upgrade the flush system. I must mention Hotel's Restaurant and Kitchen. The staffs are polite and always at our service. Food menu spread was Great for both Breakfast and Dinner. And obviously taste of food was very good. Mr. Gautam really managing this part very well. Must mention about Mr. Shashank (if I am not wrong regarding the name) who was always there for any support. And again check out was very well handled by Aman. I checked in here for 15 days and my experience related to service was not that good. 1 day I was not having towel in bathroom, water is always warm if anyone wants to take cold shower it cannot happen. Food delivery team takes 45 mins to deliver food. Also I wanted to extend my stay for more 5 days but the team rejected to do so as they were saying all rooms are booked. I was really disappointed with this kind of answer. They didn’t not even took efforts for it. This hotel has all the amenities which we need but the service is too slow.
