We stayed at Lemon tree, Indore a month back for 5 nights and had an overall delightful experience . The rooms were bright and comfortable and the location is good. All the staff including the front office, house keeping(Vivek, Kamal) security and especially the restaurant were very hospitable. Our 2 year old son had a great time in the dining area during breakfast everyday, when the main chef would come over to our table and chat with us with a smile. He prepared the most delectable ‘Chef special parathas’ for us, which we ordered everyday! easily the best parathas we’ve had anywhere! The breakfast spread was really good, Indori poha was outstanding. The dining staff Yogesh, Neha , Rupesh and manager, Devraj were extremely hospitable and took great care to elevate our dining experience. This is one of the best hotels in Indore to stay. The facilities amenities, staff everything is excellent and no complaints about anything in this hotel. The location of the hotel in the city is also almost centrally located with all tourist attractions within range of 5 kms. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. The room amenities are also good. Tea/coffee maker, safe, flat screen TV is available. I got upgraded to suite which was huge and spacious with bedroom, dining area and sitting area. The bathrooms are spacious, clean and with all toiletries available. room service is available, prompt and good. The staff was very friendly, courteous, hospitable and ready to help. The check-in, check-out process went seamlessly and the staff seem efficient. I had to wait for sometime during check-in as I got upgrade and the suite was offered to me for all three nights. I would rate it 3.5 - 4 stars. First and foremost the hotel is at a great location. Less than a km from Railway station. Staff service is slow. The staff at the counter was courteous but not cheerful. After the check-in we had to carry our own luggage as the person was not there. The rooms are spacious and good. The bed and everything was prompt in the placement as you expect from a 3 star hotel but there were places where improvement could be made. The toilets were clean but one side of the flush was not working and the other side was remain open at times and the water kept on flushing. The curtain in between was not clean and was crumpled. The laundry on the bed was clean but smelled a bit of smoke and the inner side had stain on it. The restaurant was good and the food was fantastic but it looked like they were understaffed as only 2 waiters were serving. There were no dessert spoons. These are not very big things and I did not make a fuss about it but I think when you are paying so much for a place (that too a 3 starer) you need to look at such small things else there are places who charge less and give equivalent services.

Rooms are spacious, clean but a bit old fashioned. Mainly the washroom needs renovation. During our four day stay, the intercom was out of order for two days, the sink got blocked once and water bottles were not replaced one day (they provided after request). Dinner of Fulka and mix vegetables curry was nice. The breakfast spread was good, especially the cupcakes. The taste of other items can be improved though. Everything tasted sweet, starting from poha to dhokla. The staff was attentive. We couldn’t connect to the hotel WiFi network despite repeated attempts. Lemon Tree Indore dining staff must be trained how to communicate with guests. We checked in late at the hotel . Completed formalities and headed for buffet. The waiter kept on telling buffet is not ur package, it will be charged for every single item we asked.That was super annoying. We had stay for two days. It was anywyas going to be added to the rooms. The next day all the serving staff kept on asking how the food is. While eating how r we supposed to review and give feedback. Let the customer have the meal and when leaving they can take the feedback.. The lady kept on complimenting unnecessarily and kept asking please give reviews on TripAdvisor during our breakfast.. I dont understand why the madness behind reviews , feedback needs to be done while customer is dining. The Fish fry was horrible and sandwich was tasteless I am not at satisfied with this treatment. A very good hotel with a very good staff. The rooms are big and spacious and full of all amenities. The front desk and the housekeeping is pretty helpful. It's easy to locate and is right in middle of the city. Not a long commute from the railway station or the airport either. The staff at the in house restaurant weren't that decent though and can drastically improve their service quality. Only the kitchen chef saves the day with good food.

We stayed at Lemon tree in 4 rooms. All the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Each one of them is dedicated towards serving the guests with utmost humbleness and care. The staff at citrus cafe which is the in-house dining centre of the hotel is very humble and show extreme patience while serving the guests. It's near the regal circle on RNT Marg. Food & drinks The food served by hotel has great variety and is sumptuous. The breakfast is the best thing we had.
