I had a pathetic experience at lemon tree indore. When we Reached, a bus blocked the main entrance and we waited for ten min. This is understandable and is just the beginning of my ordeal. We checked in and our room was made ready in 15 min which is okay too. But when I entered the room, I could not breathe. There was a strong stench of pest control in the room. I had booked a room for three people and the extra bed was not ready. I called for a shift of room and no action was taken for an hour. I had to go to the reception to complain so some action is taken. Being an asthamatic, such stenches are not easy to bear. It was a punishment to sit in the room. We finally got a new room and I made my senior citizen father switch rooms on a different floor. The room obviously did not have the extra bed.I had to call multiple times for the extra bed. It took almost two hours for the room to be ready . it was 4 pm. I would have cleaned my house twice in this time. Anxiety and stress is what lemon tree indore gave me. I requested for a feedback form five times and staff didnt provide me with one. It is still not the end. The generator was on For some time in the night, very loudly. The flush did not work and house keeping took ten minutes To fix it. These added to my woes even in the Morning. Finally I insisted on filling the feedback form and writing this Review. The flush was the final straw. I had booked A hotel and should not have to deal with plumbing and drainage issues. Staff did not give way to my senior citizen father during breakfast. I had to make three trips to the reception because staff was unresponsive on the phone It is unfortunate , I had booked the hotel hoping for a good experience. All I got was stress and anxiety and best I paid for it! Stench of pest control,water leakage, broken flush, poor display of TV, weird extra mattresses, unanswered phone calls, repeated visits to the reception, breathlessness in summary. Apologising or making note of my feedback unfortunately does not do anything to make up for my breathlessness, anxiety and stress. Never again, lemon tree! The location of this place is very central and the surrounding area is good. There's a big mall bang opposite and, many restaurants and bars are nearby. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable and we all had decent sleep, although the extra bed could be a little more comfy. The breakfast was very good - decent variety, lots of freshly prepared options (dosa, omelette, waffles, etc) and everything was tasty. Special mention for local Indore items like poha with sev and dal pakodas. The service was also pretty good - smiling and helpful. Overall, a great value for money.

I stayed for 3 nights in Lemon tree Indore. I had a pleasant stay with them. The services was pretty good. Though, in room dining is pretty expensive for the quality, quantity and standard. Looks like the building is old and it was renovated. Sockets are poorly selected, many times we thought we have kept charging but it doesn't get charged. The adapter doesn't go inside. Bathroom tap sprinklers water. Not kid friendly as bathrooms have tubs, it is a lot uncomfortable to make them take bath. They take forever to serve when you order something during breakfast time. The entire team at lemon tree , indore deserve a special mention . Aman and Neena at the front desk , Restraunt staff Neha , Aryan , Rupesh and team were all courteous and welcoming . The breakfast buffet had lot of options for vegetarians and was worth every penny . Rooms are excellent and service is also very good . Overall it's a very good stay and recommended to visit again . "We had an exceptional three-day stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore, with our family. The hotel's warm hospitality, well-maintained facilities, and personalized service made our stay memorable. The Duty Manager, Mr. Devraj, deserves special mention for allocating very spacious and comfortable rooms. We preferred the back side rooms which were more silent. He also arranged a wheelchair for my wife, enabling her to visit nearby pilgrimage centres comfortably. God Bless him. His proactive assistance and genuine concern for our convenience were impressive. Chef Ashok's culinary preparations were sumptuous, and he even prepared a special diet for my family member when she was unwell. When Chef Ashok learnt it was our wedding anniversary, he arranged and personally came to our room (along with his team and Mr Devraj) to wish us with a delicious chocolate cake. Thank you Ashok. The Restaurant Steward, Rupesh, and Hostess Neha, provided attentive and ever smiling service, enhancing our dining experience. Keep it up Rupesh & Neha. Couple of suggestions to the management. Apparently, All rooms have great bathtubs; but they are not seniors friendly at all. Need to reposition and add suitable grab bars to get in out of the tub. We were informed that they are in the process of progressively converting tubs to shower cubicles. Suggest they are made senior guests friendly. Also it seems water heaters/boilers are selectively turned off as a matter of energy conservation. In the evenings/night running hot water was not available, it was lukewarm at best. After a day long trip to Ujjain or Mandu or Omkareshwar or Mohankheda or Bhopawar, guests would certainly look forward to a relaxing hot water bath. Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore, stands out for its outstanding team, who go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. We highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, care, and personalized service.
