Comfortable, pocket friendly hotel. Good spacious rooms with fridge, TV and a/c . Water heater runs well. Since it was cold season, hot water was really hot. And this was a pleasure. Room service also good...when ordered food came hot, ice etc etc Restaurants offer varied menu. Staff serving is responsible and respectful. Tasty preparation from the chefs. I was completely satisfied.

Nice property. The rooms are spacious as well. But not modern. Needs a little work to lift up the look of the bedrooms. You would get all basic amenities of a 3 star. Housekeeping had been prompt in taking care of the needs. Also, the restaurant staff are courteous and welcoming.

I had booked Lemon tree hotel with my past experience with Lemon tree . However this time the experience is not satisfactory. Rooms given were not upto the mark . I had to call 3 times to get the housekeeping service . Our check in was at 2 pm and we reached around the time and had to wait for 30-45 minutes to get the rooms key . 5 Lemon Tree Indore In a very good location on RNT Road at Indore this property has a very large atrium making it give a very spacious feel. With 100 rooms they are compact and have conference and meeting room facilities. With little space around they don't have any landscaping. The structure is drab from outside. Rooms are on the upper floors and the restaurant on the ground floor. On my most recent visit in September 2019 I used a room with Kind sized bed and had a comfortable stay. The larger rooms have a seating and work area. Rooms have good air conditioning. My room was away from the street and hence was also without noise. The central lobby has seating. The restaurant has a vast spread at the breakfast Buffett. Staff are well trained, polite and helpful. Prices reasonable. The hotel should consider reducing the plastic in toiletries and drinking water like has been done by other chains of hotels.

Stayed for 2 nights with family. It was a great experience. Rooms are bigggg and well decorated, 3 1litre water bottles were provided in room on each day.. room service is good. Good: Big and well decorated room. Tasty food Breakfast buffet is also very good Central location Not good: While the room was big, bathroom was smaller (comparatively). No swimming pool... It is a very average hotel, the rooms are very basic and the washrooms need to be a lot better. Doesn't feel that it was worth the price we paid, I had high expectations owing to the brand name In the name of free wifi, they give 1 mbps plan that is too limited to 2 devices, which I feel is a joke. Hospitality of the staff is beyond imagination! They are so helpful. Chef Ashok looked after out food needs personally! Food was delicious. Everyone at the hotel, from reception to room service are excellent. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Entering the hotel it feels like a high end hotel that has seen better times. Nothing shabby but seems dated. Clearly its a business hotel kind of setup. The rooms though are very large, and the highlight of this hotel. You can easily stay with extra bed without any cramping. The bathroom is ok, again dated, but good hot water etc. Service was generally prompt. The restaurant is not some grand thing but somehow had a comfy vibe and we found ourselves hanging out there longer than the duration of eating, and generally having a good time chatting. The serving staff is super nice, and one of them in particular - Shashikant, serves with a smile which I really appreciate. The buffet was again, good - generally fast with custom stuff and apart from curd which was too sour, we didn't have any issues and generally enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic - close to chappan dukan, sarafa, rajwada etc. In my opinion its a great option!
