Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore

I stayed at Lemon Tree for 10 days and loved it. It was like a home away from home. The staff is courteous, quick and considerate. The food is delectable especially the breakfast buffet. The rooms are large, clean with neat beddings and room service is top quality. Thank you!

Highly recommend this place, staff very friendly and accommodating. Chef Anchal took our last minute requests, and made sure to provide us with breakfast at 4:30am. Overall nice place to stay in Indore. Had a good experience with Lemon Tree, Indore. Very supportive staff. Good big rooms. Excellent food fast service. Special thanks to their resturant staff and Mr. Ashok chef of the restaurant. It was a good stay hopefully they will continue the same kind of service. They should remove bath tub 🛁 from the bathroom. That's the only minus point. Simple but effective hotel in a great location. Reasonable parking. Fast check-in, super courteous reception, polite and responsive housekeeping, clean, tidy, large, quiet rooms( junior suite) with efficient ac and fan. Staff Rupesh was very helpful. Food very costly but tasty. Complimentary buffet breakfast limited but delicious. Bathroom and toilet small. Fine tuning the bathroom and toilet a must. Especially, the flush and basin. More toiletries must be added. A chair in the bed room of junior suite needed. Room lights can be brighter. S Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

We stayed here for the second time and it was as comfortable as the first time. Courteous staff helpful front desk and service with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised to be served by deaf and mute waiters in the restaurant and rooms. It's an appreciable effort of the management to empty them. A good spread of breakfast and efficient service. Enjoyed the stay

It's very good hotel in budget at Indore City. Cleaned and specious rooms with all the amenities. Tasty and healthy food and beverage options, complimentary breakfast is also too good. Pickup and drop facilities also available. Professional and polite staff. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Luxury

Awesome food, Nice rooms, Good location What we loved the best was the breakfast service! The live counters run by the side chef Aanchal Maheshwari absolutely made our mornings! We would like to compliment Chef Ashok Puri as well. The food was tasty, sumptuous and abundant, the banana milk shake so lovingly offered by Anchal to finish the meal (Chef Ashok's recipe) was really tasty! The rooms were spacious and nice, though absolutely no 'view' since bang in the middle of city and not at a height either! The bathroom is adequate though no napkins are provided, only towels. (You have to also remember to ask for additional water beforehand for the tea/coffee kettle in the room, they give just one bottle for everything together otherwise). The housekeeping laundry service is responsive and did a good job with our clothes marked with kumkum after the Darshans. This would have been a 5-star review if only our checkout experience was nice... There were random food charges piled on to our bill, and despite explaining, they kept on struggling with it, continued charging wrong amounts and completed the billing only after like 30 minutes testing our tempers and patience. We Visited indore for holy darshan to mahakal ujjain.stayed at lemon tree hotels the entire staff was too good & cooperative whether its the front desk or the room service. My room view wasn't good tho. Mr.Akshay at front desk even arranged some important printouts for us we forgotten to carry. The staff even allowed us early checkin & late checkout as per our convenience. Mr.Ram was also too humble, children were going down & up again again and he didnt mind opening the lift. At first, the hotel seemed to be overpriced for the price at which rooms were offered but later on I felt justified to considerable extent. The best part for me was the food during my stay at the hotel. The property seems to be old and I am sure it must have been one of the best hotel of its time ( and it still is). The hospitality is excellent and staff it very prompt. The cleanliness and hygiene is impeccable. Everything about this place is awesome but just the price seemed to me a little high. Still I will give full 5 stars to the hotel.
