The best thing that happened to me was the stay at Lemon Tree. Every single place worth visiting is so close to the hotel. Be it 56 Dukan, Sarafa market, places etc. Staff was very cordial. Clean rooms. Spacious. It gave a homely feeling. ☺️ Valet parking. Gym. Scrumptious unlimited breakfast. It would be unfair if I don't appreciate the chef. Everything was delicious and fresh. If time had permitted, I would surly have extended my stay here.

We two couples stayed for four nights at Lemon tree Indore. We had a pleasant stay with neat and spacious rooms though washrooms need little renovation. Very polite and supportive staff particularly at front desk Ms.Sushmita & Ms. Neena. One thing that appeased us most is engaging vocally & hearing impaired boys for room services. Good ambiance. Reception needs smile on their face. Bit sleepy and not so responsive. I was there for 6 days and all the days i suffered with access card to open the door. Inspite of my complaint every day, no one cares. Food is good. Restaurant is good and its staff is responsive. Wifi speed is worst. Overall not happy for what i paid.

One person can ruin the whole experience, it happened with us cause of a person named Sushmita at front desk of Lemon Tree Indore. We were with 2 kids and booked 2 rooms thru Make my trip and requested this lady to give us adjacent but she denied. Not even tried to check. Rest all was good at property but cause of Sushmita we have to stay in 2 far off rooms, where we can get interconnected rooms for family. As they said before check in that it can be available. Liked almost everything about TLTH. Room's are big & comfy, facilities available are good, service is courteous though 'at their own pace many times ', location is ideal & food in restaurant including breakfast and buffet lunch/dinner is super. One weird part though - they offer only two bottles of bottled water and in case you need more, you've to buy it. No- they won't give you filtered water - this is as per one of the staff who served water to the room. Funnily, filtered water is served in the restaurant, then why not? Spacious rooms, excellent housekeeping. Restaurant service must improve, service breaks down if the floor is full, taste is good though. One serious advice to the management is to replace the bathtubs to shower closets, no point in simply putting up posters reading save water you know!

Amazing place to stay 200% marks to staff. Person at the reception helped in getting the right room. Breakfast options were less but the food and service was too good.
