Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore

Good hotel. Great food. Kitchen staff headed by chef Ashok were excellent. The restaurant team is okay. Not all on a smiley wicket. Housekeeping - not up to the mark. Room - no hot water was coming in the shower/ wash basin for 3 consecutive days in spite of complaining for 3 days. We at the age of 60 plus and 70 had to take cold water or less than Luke warm water on all days. Finally I had checked out one day early and left by the available flight late at night. Hotel team offered 20% off on the last day's room rate and dinner (we just nibbled and left as we were not in a mood). Otherwise the room was neat and clean. Decent hotel that welcome you with fregrance of lemon in air. You would feel fresh (if you enjoy fregrance of lemon ). 1. The front desk are quick and prompt. 2. Rooms big and comfortable. Breakfast is good Cons : late night room service only has dal Khichdi or rice and dal. No sandwitch or any other thing to eat. Do take care if you are check in late. Everyone working at the hotel is extremely polite and helpful. Our stay and experience was so amazing that we’d definitely come again. 🧡🧡🧡 We had one to one conversations with Front Desk Manager - Mr. Pavan Bhati and he was extremely kind and soft spoken. 🤝🤝🤝 The Head Chef - Mr. Ashok made sure that all our meals were aligned as per our Delhi like taste and even made sure we tried his specials and we absolutely loved it. Super awesome! 😍😍 And our server - Mr. Aryan is such a cheerful boy to speak to. Extremely humble and never lets the smile fade away from his face. Very nice property. Very good food .the staff is excellent especially Yogesh , very nice guy he looks after everyone and take care of everything in restaurant.

Stayed at Lemon Tree Indore for 6 Nights. What an Experience !!! Fantastic Quality of Linen. Awesome Food. Nice spread. Hospitality is to be seen to be believed. Customer Service was out of this world. Very very Homely atmosphere. Staff members especially Neena, Sushmita from Front Office, Kamal and Team from Housekeeping, Dharmendra Tiwari, Yogesh, Kalu, Gautam, Rupesh, Neha, Prasanna from F & B Team, Ram, Dharmedra, Mahesh, Alam, Rajesh, Sunil from Security Team. Above All, the Head of Departments Rakesh, Devraj and on the top the Team Leader GM Pramod Bohra who is leading from the front and such a nice Gentleman !!! This was a pleasantly surprising experience. We took the junior suite in Lemon tree Indore and it was a cosy yet spacious room with clean bathroom and clean sheets. They even had a separate couch area where you can have dinner and chill. There was a work desk too for getting stuff done during the day. The staff from the reception to the restaurant to housekeeping all of them were sweet and polite, anything you requested was taken care of immediately. Their breakfast buffet was fulfilling with plenty of options for vegetarians, although their non veg options need work. Just sausages or cold cuts isn't enough. Would definitely visit these guys again eyes closed when I come to Indore. Thank you! Centralised AC Hot and normal water available 24 hours Bathroom, cupboard, towels, Napkins and rest of area also clean as per expectations All basic required things provided like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, electrical kettle, various types of tea and coffee pouches Also variety of breakfast available and they also ask us that if you are not satisfied with options then we will cook specific food for us.
