Rooms are quite spacious but bathroom is very compact. Either you should have separate bathtub and shower area or there should be a choice between the two. Not everyone is comfortable with bathtub. Very poor room service- have to call multiple times for almost everything -be it iron request, asking for slippers, luggage shifting etc. everyone seems super busy even when the hotel is not even fully occupied. Day 1 - air conditioning was not working throughout the night and again when asked to change the blanket and provide cotton sheets, again we’ve to request multiple times. Staff initially bought only 1 sheet after 30 mins and again it took him 10 mins to be provided with another sheet and all these are happening at 11.30 pm. Day - 2 - hot water issue in the washroom- no hot water available for taking shower and getting ready. I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore with my family and had an outstanding experience that I'm happy to share. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. Every team member was courteous and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. I must give special recognition to Mr. Pavan Bhati, who truly made our stay memorable. His attentiveness to our family's needs was remarkable. I will highly recommend this hotel. Visited Lemon tree Indore tonight for dinner with family. Service was pathetic, uncoordinated with untolerable delay in everything including billing. Moreover the server was very rude and mannerless. Management must look into it seriously. Will never visit Lemon tree Indore again.

Very poor service regarding pick up and drop. Informed 2 hrs prior for drop. Still it was not arranged and in fact driver supervisor told to wait for another half n hour for pick up.Very Pathetic..Happened second time. Don't rely on them especially if you have scheduled meetings/flight . Apart from this housekeeping staff Sharmila was quick and efficient while Restaurant staffs all were cooperative. I recently stayed at lemon tree,Indore with my husband.We had a very comfortable stay.Food was tasty and breakfast spread was amazing with lot of options to choose from .Room was spacious, neat and clean .The staff is very polite,helpful and courteous.The hotel is not very far from the airport.The biggest advantage is that the major site seeing attractions within the city like 56 dukan, sarafa baar, khajrana temple, etc are around 2 to 5 km away.You can easlily get an auto or cab outside the hotel and reach these places within half and hour or so..Only disadvantage is that it dosen't have a swimming pool .I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers who want to have a comfortable and pleasant stay in Indore . Overall good experience. Food was tasty, room service was quick & nice. Room was big n beautiful- Junior Suite, nice decor and modern contemporary decor, hygienic & quiet. Views not great, as construction work going on side plot, but it hardly mattered to us for one night stay. Complimentary breakfast was good n delicious. Reception was a bit too slow, can improve.
