Stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore and had a really pleasant experience. The overall stay was comfortable, rooms were clean, and the service was smooth. A special mention to Rajesh Sharma, who truly made our visit memorable. His hospitality was excellent—very warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He also suggested some great nearby places to visit in Indore, which made our trip even better. It’s always the people who make a difference, and Rajesh definitely stands out. A Warm & Memorable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality Our stay at Lemon Tree Hotel was truly wonderful. Though it was a short trip, it turned out to be a memorable experience. The staff across all departments—from reception to housekeeping—were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Head Chef Ashok for the delicious food and for personally coming to meet us, which was a lovely gesture. We also appreciate Mr. Chakorbarty for ensuring our stay was smooth and comfortable. A heartfelt mention to Mr. Sajid, Ms. Saloni, and the deaf and mute staff whose warmth and service truly stood out. One of the best parts of our stay was the buffet—both breakfast and dinner had an amazing spread with great variety and taste. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would definitely love to visit again. We stayed as a family of four and had quite a bewildering experience. Upon check-in, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied. We literally unlocked the door and walked in, which was an uncomfortable invasion of privacy for both us and the occupants. The staff behavior was mixed—some were sweet, while others were quite rude. Additionally, the food served was consistently cold, and despite our repeated complaints, the issue was never resolved. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 3

Not recommended if you are visiting for Omkareshwar or Ujjain. Complete waste of time and money. If they offer discounts, think twice before booking. We booked 10 rooms, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. None of the commitments were fulfilled, communication was poor, and the management was unprofessional. The rooms and beds were uncomfortable, food quality was below average, and the restaurant staff lacked professionalism and proper service etiquette. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. I would not recommend this property or even Lemon Tree hotels at any location based on our experience.

We stayed for 3 days at Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore, it was truly a home away from home. the room was spacious, clean, and central location made our stay extremely convenient. The hotel is strategically located at the Regal Circle, Indore, approximately 500 metres from Indore Junction. It features an in-house dining facility for guests. The rooms are immaculately clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers a wide variety of food options for breakfast and dinner. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are buffet arrangements on the ground floor. The quality and taste of the food were excellent. The hotel staff is exceptionally courteous and the service was impeccable, specially Mr. Prasann. I stayed for official purposes for approximately six days and it was an absolutely comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Indore Resort. The property is centrally located and beautifully maintained with a peaceful and relaxing ambiance, perfect for a short getaway as well as a business trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The food was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and with good variety in both breakfast and dinner spreads. The pool and outdoor areas were well maintained and added to the overall relaxing vibe of the resort. Awesome experience. polite and very humble staff. I stayed there during my short visit to Indore nearby market 56 sweet shop all these are quiet near food served as veg and non veg and very tasty. Had a wonderful experience at Lemon Tree Hotel Indore. The stay was comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. A special mention to the restaurant staff, especially Sazid, who was extremely courteous and attentive. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal and took great care of the kids as well, which we truly appreciated. The only small issue was that we were provided with just one room key, which was a bit inconvenient. Apart from that, everything else was great. Warm hospitality and a pleasant stay overall.
