Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore

This was my second stay at Lemon Tree Indore, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing once again. During my last stay, I had already highlighted that the AC was not functioning properly. This time, before check-in, I specifically requested a room with a good AC. I was allotted a room on the second floor, but later I came to know that the rooms on the third and fourth floors are much better maintained. The room provided to me felt old and shabby. To make matters worse, basic bathing accessories were missing. In the morning, while taking a shower, I discovered that the shower gel/shampoo bottle was completely empty. It is difficult to understand how a guest is expected to contact housekeeping while already in the shower. Another serious concern was that when I was allotted the room and came upstairs, the room door was already open. This raises questions regarding basic hospitality standards and guest safety. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I would suggest travelers explore other hotel options in Indore, as there are many better choices available. Trip type Business Travel group Solo

I recently stayed at the Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its team. The entire staff is extremely hospitable, polite, and always greeted us with a genuine smile, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued throughout our time there. A special shout-out goes to Surbhi, who was an absolute gem! She made the check-in process completely seamless and hassle-free right from the moment we walked through the doors. Very Disappointing Experience – Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore I stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore on 29 September 2026, and unfortunately, my experience was far below what I expected from a hotel of this reputed chain. The room was not in satisfactory condition, and the bed size was not appropriate, making it uncomfortable for the stay. More concerning was the condition of the bathroom — the toilet and washbasin were not properly cleaned and there was a strong, unpleasant smell. Basic cleanliness and hygiene are the minimum expectations from any hotel, especially from a reputed property. Unfortunately, these standards were not met during my stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, reviews its housekeeping standards, and ensures that rooms and bathrooms are properly inspected and maintained before guests check in. Overall, a disappointing stay and not the experience I expected from Lemon Tree Hotel. Amazing service by Sazid, Neha and Prassan and great food by Chef Ashok and Santosh. Takes care of people's needs personally. Rooms are very spacious and so well planned. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in lemon tree hotel. Prasanna, Vishal, Neha and Chef Ashok and Kamal vwere very helpful and courteous. We had two toddlers with us and they offered free meal for them. The staff was courteous and friendly. The place is near to major areas like sarafa bazaar and chappan dukaan.Overall it was a pleasant stay!!! Lemon tree is quite accessible, centrally located and quite well managed. The rooms are large and pleasant, powerful AC that kept the room cold even in the sweltering heat of indore in March. Staff was prompt, responsive and courteous. I want to specifically call out Prasann, Vishal and Yogesh who made the stay very memorable. Very comfortable stay . Spacious rooms , comfortable bed. One drawback is that suites have bath tubs which are extremely inconvenient to have a bath in Biggest advantage: 2 kms from sarafa. Very wasy to commute to sarafa at night. Stick to rapido or uber for transport and take rickshaw instead of cars. Note: traffic can get very bad at evenings during office hours. Stayed for a couple of nights. Really professional experience throughout the stay. The staff catered to all customized requests. Lots of support from Neha and Surbhi from the Front Desk. As special shoutout to Chef Ashok who personally ensured we got specially curated Vrat meals and Indori Style Poha. Location wise also very well connected with all public transport and situated in the middle of the city. Big & clean room. Beautiful decor of the hotel. Smooth check in & out, staff is friendly. They allowed me 30min early check-in as the room was ready, no extra charges. I chose this hotel as Sarafa & 56 Dukaan are at 20-25min walking distance. The TV set top box connection had come off when I checked in. I had to call the desk, service was prompt, but they should ensure all's working before the customer take the keys. There were many long hair stuck to bottom of bathroom floor mat.
