The basic hygiene standards were not maintained. The cups and coffee mugs were not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I had requested a packed breakfast in the morning, but the order was incomplete. The eggs and omelette were missing, which shows a lack of attention to the request. Lemon tree is always a great experience in terms of everything its my first time stay in indore. I felt home once again with hospitality and food.

Very disappointing experience. I booked 2 rooms for my family, including a room with a child, but we were given a twin-bed room. Even after requesting a double-bed room, the staff refused to help and offered no solution. Poor customer service and not a family-friendly experience. I expected much better from Lemon Tree Hotels. I was travelling with my senior citizen parents. And on the day of checkout I realised my flight is delayed which is why I requested to extend my stay and I was ready to pay those erroneous charges. The person on reception Zeeshan clearly denied mentioning they can only extend it by 6pm but not 8pm, it was just a matter of two hours. They denied even though knowing I was travelling with my mom who has recently recovered from prolonged sickness. The washrooms could be cleaned better. The food is great the staff in the restaurant is extremely sweet and cooperative, but this inconvenience has hampered my overall experience, in order to wait, me along with my parents were waiting in the lobby for 2 hours! We stayed at Lemon tree hotel for 2 nights in the junior suite room in the month of Feb 2026. The room was very spacious and clean. There was a bathtub in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast spread was very nice. Everything we tried was tasty and delicious. The restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive to everyone. Check in and check out process was also very smooth. The reception staff was also very helpful and accommodative. We were allowed early check in and late check-out as well. Over-all, all the staff was very helpful. We just had to ask for anything and they would try their best to make it possible. Only thing missing was a swimming pool and a kids play area. Front desk service at Lemon Tree Indore is very poor compared to other lemon tree hotels in India especially One lady Sushmita she does not know how to speak with customer.||Rest all staff is good . Very good hospitality by restaurant team, Prasan, Laxman , Saloni and Neha
