My stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore was a pleasantly refreshing and comfortable experience. Right from the moment I walked in, the hotel had a bright, cheerful vibe that instantly lifted my mood. The interiors are modern, vibrant and thoughtfully designed, staying true to Lemon Tree’s signature lively ambience. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials one would expect for a comfortable business or leisure stay. I particularly liked the warmth in their hospitality — the staff is courteous, attentive and always willing to help, which makes the stay feel effortless. The dining experience was another highlight. The food was flavourful, well-prepared and offered a good variety for different palates. The breakfast spread had a nice balance of local dishes and continental options, making mornings truly enjoyable. The café area is a great place to sit, work or just unwind with a meal. Even the in-room dining service was prompt and maintained good quality. What stood out for me was the hotel’s balance of comfort, cleanliness and value. I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore and had a very pleasant experience overall. I would rate my stay 4 out of 5 stars. The hotel has a warm and welcoming ambiance. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The food was also quite good, with a decent variety and nice presentation. One small area for improvement would be housekeeping services. It would be helpful if the rooms were stocked more consistently with basic amenities like milk powder, sugar sachets, and similar tea/coffee essentials. Having these readily available without needing to request them would enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and with a little improvement in housekeeping attention to in-room amenities, it would be even better. Almost everything is good but nothing is great. The staff is helpful and cordial, but not very proactive. Rooms are clean and just basic amenities. Notably, the rooms in first floor have bath tub but are old, while the third floor rooms are modern and posh without bath tub. Breakfast had a good usual spread, but very few items were very good in taste. Location is a plus if you want to visit places like Rajwada, Ganash Temple, Kothari market etc. Overall, there is nothing to complain about, but one would expect a bit more for the given price and reputation. The service and the staff truly deserve a 5-star rating.When my husband fell ill, the team went above and beyond to assist us with medicines, and they never hesitated to accommodate our requests for baby food. A huge shoutout to the front desk team—Ashok, Neha Agrawal, and Praveen Rathod—for their incredible kindness and for making our stay so comfortable. These people are serving cold food on buffet. Rooms are dirty. U will experience evidences of previous guests. Dirty rooms, very poor room condition. Location not convenient to airport. If they offer free please don’t come here. Do not make suicide attempt by visiting here. Only lobby decoration done, rooms are just like Dharamshala. Rooms: 1 Service: 4 Location: 1

I have stayed in lemon tree properties before and this one is the worst, pay for a 3 star and experience 1 star lodge category rooms. Propety is not maintained at all, rooms are poor and needs maintenance and renovation badly, under the name of sustainability we can see heavy cost cuttings. Management has ignored this property royally I believe. The property is located mid of the City very close to the Indore Junction Railway station. My personal opinion the Hotel is too highly priced and hyped compared to some of the services and facilities we got to experience during our one night stay. The shower Glass door separate was not aligned due to which after every shower some water of the shower would make the toilet WC floor wet due to the tiny opening for the water to make way to the other section of the bathroom. There was no extra towels or floor towels or mats kept in the bathroom . Toiletries in the bathroom were okay. The TV in the room is very wrongly placed or angled for viewing. The screen wouldn't work on the Hotel Wifi . We called the technician from the hotel and he said the Tv cannot be connected and used on wifi. There was no Bluetooth or wifi connect-ability with the screen in our room. We were in Room 316. Breakfast was okay but was happy that the chef who did my Egg understood how I wanted to have my omlet. Bread choice at the breakfast was not any great. Staff at the restaurant were attentive , polite and helpful. Only advantage of this property is that it is centrally located in the main city center of Indore city. Nearby activities Lots of shops, Banks , ATMs , eatery places around this hotel in walking distance. Reliance Central mall is just opposite this hotel. The Indore Railway Junction is very. close by , walking distance of just 1km if you can walk through a busy market place with your Bags. Safety Very safe property and locality. We did not venture our after 6pm until next morning 9am. Walkability Lots of Banks , ATMs , eatery joints , Shopping area , etc by this hotel. Food & drinks Breakfast was satisfying. Noteworthy details If you like local Indian desi sweets then there is a very. nice local Sweets boutique kind of store high end which sells in house made or cooked fresh and extremely good local sweets shop Bhawarilal Mithaiwalla , Indore.
