I had a lovely stay in The Lemon Tree Indore. Especially want to call out the care Chef Ashok took to ensure that my breakfast not to spicey and as per my taste - everyday for 5 days. Service staff in the restaurant is also very pleasant and helpful. Would like to call out Neha Agarwal for the quality of service and warmth extended to the guests. Very good hotel with proper hygiene. Good breakfast 😋 …

It's a great hotel to stay. Right in the middle of city, next to train station. The staff is very helpful, good mannered and courteous. The restaurant has enough options for a good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only thing I found odd was that, few times I had to call and remind room service to get me necessary missing things like towels, cups, glasses etc, even after daily room cleaning. Curtains had to be kept closed all the time as there is a commercial building besides the hotel. Hotel highlights Luxury

We stayed at Lemontree, Indore on 23rd Dec 2025 accompanying 2 kids. It was an amazing stay. Clean rooms and approachable staff were the highlights of our stay. Special mention of Ms. Neha, Mr. Shivshankar and Chef Ashok ( never expected such an amazing Mysore masala dosa in Indore). I will surely recommend Lemontree, Indore, especially if you are travelling with kids and looking for good stay facilities at a reasonable price. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Not a good experience at all. I made reservations and asked about some details over email. They didn’t respond to emails. I called them directly. They didn’t respond to calls either. Front desk doesn’t help. Even There payment machines are also not working. They insisted on bank transfer. The lemon tree hotels as i remember used to be a good mid-scale economical option for a short stay. Now it is not the case. The whole service has gone down. I would not recommend the hotel Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 3

The rooms are smelly and having washroom seat full of stain. Manager and front desk employee are highly rude, Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4
