I stayed at GreenLeaf Hotel for three nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and public transport. We checked into Lemon Tree Hotel Indore at around 1:25 PM hoping for a comfortable and relaxing stay, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. The hotel was undergoing construction work, and the constant hammering and noise made it impossible to rest. What was even more disappointing is that we weren’t informed about this when booking or at the time of check-in. It really impacted our experience and defeated the purpose of choosing this hotel. I expect a hotel of this standard to be more transparent about such work and to ensure guests have a peaceful stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves in the future. We stayed for 2 nights at Lemon Tree Indore. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food quality is also very good. Hospitality by staff is highly appreciated. I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the food quality. Both the dinner and breakfast served were of very poor quality, and after consuming them, I started facing stomach problems. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take the necessary corrective actions to ensure this does not happen to any guest in the future. Excellent property situated in the midst of Indore's business area. Well appointed rooms, great restaurant-buffet/a-la-carte, good service, courteous & helpful staff(especially Sahil, Rajesh, Gautam, Chef Ashok, Prasoon)super fast laundry, tourist cabs. Exceptional stay. Sweet deal on the executive suite, extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff was extraordinary in terms of service, I had to use the room service twice and each time my request was addressed in minutes. They also had a microwave for the suite so I was able to reheat my leftover biryani from the night before and enjoy that as brunch the next noon pre departure.
