Honestly, the rooms here feel overpriced for what you actually get. The so-called Junior Suite is basically just a Deluxe room with a king-size bed slapped in—nothing “suite” about it. The property itself feels dated and could really use a refresh; it’s definitely not the modern, polished experience the photos suggest. Not at all worth it. Prices range is of 4 star but service is not even of 2 star. At the reception, they took like 30 min to get the room. No hospitality . First they tried to give us non bath-tub room. Then the things promised were not there like bath robe, slippers, etc. Even upon asking it took them half n hr to arrange as if they didn’t have it. Bath tub temp was not warm enough. All in all not recommended. Even if you want to book , then don’t pay beyond 3k for even their junior suite room. Rooms very very clean, and the room service was excellent. The whole staff is very friendly. Only thing I wish could improve is the wifi reception for the rooms. The basic free wifi is very very basic and could be improved to let customers complete their office work. Wonderfully located. All the key places you'd want to visit in Indore are under 10 kms away. if you are traveling by train, the station is 10 minutes away. Airport is 30 minutes away but takes about 45 during the day even on weekend. We were in a suite --- very spacious. Indian vegetarian food in citrus restaurant was sumptuous. the portion size is large for daal, for instance. now the not-so-good parts: service was a bit slow when we requested for towel or bathroom slippers (two guests in a room but we were only provide one each). can't make french toast. so stick to Indian options for breakfast would be my recommendation. one thing we didn't absolutely like was the construction in some part of the hotel --- you could hear the hammer even at 9 PM. ask the hotel about that before you book. Lemon Tree- Awasome. Exceptional stay. Sweet deal on the executive suite, extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff Specially front desk Mr. Ram tiwari give great welcome and was extraordinary in terms of service too, I had to use the room service twice and each time my request was addressed in minutes. All in all perfect on all fronts from value to service. Thank you Lemon Tree, Ram Tiwari and your room service team for outstanding care. Thank you !
