Disappointing Rooftop Dining Experience at Jardin Hotel Unfortunately, my experience at Jardin Hotel’s rooftop restaurant was quite disappointing. There were a lot of mosquitoes and flies around the dining area, which made it very uncomfortable to enjoy the dinner. When we complained about the humidity and discomfort, instead of addressing the underlying issue, the staff switched on a large cooler directly around us, which made the experience even worse. It felt extremely uncomfortable and, frankly, made us look like “zombies” sitting under the strong airflow rather than guests enjoying a pleasant dinner. What was more disappointing was the response from the staff member Ajay. When I raised the issue with him, he denied that there was any such problem, rather than acknowledging the concern and trying to resolve it professionally. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better hygiene, pest control, guest comfort, and customer service. The rooftop setting could be excellent, but these issues seriously affected the overall dining experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the mosquito/fly problem and improves how genuine customer complaints are handled. Bed comfort Very uncomfortable

We had a stay for 1 night. The rooms were so neat and clean. All of the services were very good. Breakfast was delicious! All the staff was very cooperative and well-mannered! This is a really good hotel and worth the price, the location is good, the service and food is amazing. The only thing that can be improved is if you can please do the paint work again. Jardin is a wonderful property in Indore with value for money experience. The rooms are compact yet well equipped and cozy. The staffs are professional and courteous. We stayed there initially for 2 days and later extended another day. Surrounding area is peaceful but a little far from the main center but that was just fine. Breakfast buffet is the show stealer at this affordable price and the restaurant staffs were very helpful. This is definitely a recommended place to stay in Indore. I had a wonderful experience at Jardin Hotel, Nipania, Indore. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent hospitality. It was my first visit at grill by jardin every thing was perfect and food was really amazing specially tandoori mutton suggested by Abhishek kumar

This is our first stay but not the last. We all enjoyed our stay. Food was great, huge variety. They also have BBQ buffet for dinner. ... delightful! Staff is understanding. The rooms were disappointing for the price charged. They were quite small and clearly needed better maintenance. The room rates also fluctuate frequently, making it difficult to judge whether the stay is worth the cost. I would recommend checking the rooms in person before booking, as they may not justify the price. There are several good hotels nearby—we ended up choosing a newly built property that offered much better value for money. I had a fantastic stay at Jardin Hotel. The staff was extremely polite, understanding, and very cooperative, making the experience truly pleasant. The food was delicious and flavorful, and the room was premium, clean, spacious, and comfortable.
