Had a pleasant stay at Jardin Hotel. The rooms were decent and comfortable, and the food was manageable. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar—very cool vibe with a great view of the city. The staff was friendly and made the overall experience even better. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5

Very bad experience at Jardin Hotel. The receptionist Mr Malviya was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping guests properly, the behavior was disrespectful and arrogant. Hospitality means treating guests politely, but sadly that was completely missing here. Definitely not the kind of service expected from a hotel.

​We stayed here for two nights, and while the stay itself was fine, the front desk support has been abysmal. We were overcharged at check-out and promised a refund within three days. It has now been over 20 days. Despite multiple follow-ups, we only receive generic "we'll look into it" responses. The lack of accountability and incompetence is shocking. Jardin hotel is a four star hotel of Indore.The ambience of the hotel is good. Cleanliness is maintained and is good. Staff is courteous and provide good service. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The location of the hotel is good and approachable. The hospitality of the staff is excellent 👌👌. Very disappointing experience. The receptionist, Devraj Malvia, was unprofessional, arrogant, and used foul language. At checkout, he demanded extra money unfairly and did not stick to his word. We have been staying here for the last 15 days, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their exceptional care and hospitality. Today morning, my baby accidentally fell and got injured. The moment we informed the reception, the staff immediately helped us and accompanied us to the hospital. A special thanks to Gaurav Ji and Rajesh Ji for their kindness, support, and care during such a difficult moment. They stayed with us, cared for my baby like family, and supported us throughout Even after returning, the team continuously checked on my baby’s well-being.
