Not welcome in nature, booked through dine out, booking was not there in Ragister, later hostess mention the name, delay in service, welcome drink came in the middle of the meal, Avg food taste & quality Bill took 20 min. to come, spoil my evening, worst experience ever Travel group Family Service: 2

A very nice Hotel... I went there for my sister's wedding... The rooms are very clean... The staff is also nice... A nice swimming pool and a barbeque restaurant also available inside the hotel... The food there is very tasty... The security of the rooms is also very good... A safe, Refrigerator and an electric kettle is available inside every room... The buffet taste is really good, vast variety, staff is very nice, services are good too. Would like to mention about Antima she is one of the girl working with Jardin always been very supportive and helpful. Everyone must try atleast once dining out with Jardin. Travel group Friends Service: 5

𝐇𝐚𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, we Recently booked Jardin hotel for my brother in law’s marriage and discussed everything in advance with the staff and decoration team, but they disappointed us soo much with everything. They took full advance payment from us and after discussion also they did completely different arrangements, unexpected decoration and changed colour theme which was not been told. They were also very rude and mean they don’t have manners how to talk. We Discussed about speakers and mic arrangements with them, but at the end time they denied and said nothing was finalised and at end time chaos happened and they argued with us. They gave us 2 rooms for bride groom for changing but due to their delay in arrangements we were getting late for bride and groom entry so couple were waiting in hotel room but hotel staff asked them to vacant room, and didn’t allowed them to use that rooms also. And because of that our bride and groom has to wait in lobby. Jardin was the worst hotel I have ever visited. And I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Location and ambiance is good. food is also good but service is pathetic. They can't manage croud coming to have buffet dinner. I ordered Chapati and I was was delivered tandoori roti while I was having desert. So I skipped having dinner. Still paid for dinner but that doesn't matter. I went for staycation with my family and friends at Jardin Hotel Indore last week. Our stay was excellent as the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating, flexible and well trained. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Jardin Hotel Indore. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling on business or leisure trip and for organizing weddings as they have huge and lush wedding venue! All the best team Jardin! I wish I could give 0 star. Had a very bad experience. It was my marriage and the decoration staff promised me the decoration which didn’t happened and took advanced first. They were not ready to do anything without advance money and we trusted them for their work. It was my first experience at Jardin Hotel and couldn’t be worse. I highly regret working with Jardin hotel and staff. I regret spending my money on this worst hotel. Please save yourself and dont ever trust these people and the hotel. Service: 1

I was at the The Grill restaurant of Jardin with my friends where we had buffet dinner. The staff Mr. Yogendra or Devendra was very rude and misbehaved with me. He arrogantly handle the guest and showcase his rudeness being a floor manager. He shall be taught how to deal with the guest. It was a good stay.... As Rooms are good hut service at the hotel was not prompt and accurate. Even the biggest problem was mosquito... In the room and specially restaurant area.
