Food taste and preparation was largely underwhelming. Most dishes served in starters were served cold and lacked any Indian flavor. Some of the veg starters were good in taste although we didn't choose Jardin for that. Even the live grill items like Prawns etc. were dry and insipid. The chicken starteres were not juciy. However, the staff and service was top notch. They were very prompt and courteous in bringing orders. Ambience of the place is also good but food taste compromised everything for me. To conclude, they have tried to bring Sayaji like Buffet spread but taste is not at par with that. Chef and his team would really need to work on taste of food. Looking at such good reviews I think there was something amiss about my food experience. Will revisit and update this review Service: 5 Location: 5

One of the worst hotel I have ever visited. Rooms are very very small compared to price. Hyped on a Google and other website but at actual they are making us fools. At the same price we will get Ramada or Ginger is also much better than this place. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. The hotel staff was extremely courteous, they helped us with superfast checkin and check-out. The hotel staff gave us a free upgrade when they saw us with a child. They filled up our bottles for our trip ahead and the breakfast food was amazing. They are well trained, understand people and their need and happy in general. We went cilantro a restaurant by JARDIN hotel, this is nearby and walkable from our home, ambiance was very good, seating capacity decent enough, staff at restaurant was friendly and polite, now coming to the food it was delicious and tasty but one dish was spicy even though we asked for less spicy that was the only negative thing. Prices are reasonable compared to the quantity of food. Would love to visit again and explore more. Yes bar is also available.

The Grill is amazing for dinner! Very nice ambience, extremely humble staff and great food options even for vegetarians. What surprise me is, the live music with full bar service (which is missing in BBQ Nation Indore). Overall a decent place, enjoy dinner near pool and live music with some LITs ;)

Very worst experience,visited yesterday for buffet.spoiled my evening.one of there buffet area there was not arrangements for AC and not even found proper air flow to sit comfortably specially in summers coz it was almost packed along with mosquitos were biting there.they took bookings online but when we reached they were not aware of it also was not welcome in nature.nobody from staff has bothered about the guest,after waiting for some time we called staff to serve initial snacks,they bring all the items in one plate and pored it into my plate very quickly,they were in hurry had to rush other places at pool side where one party was already going on. No body was available at the icecream section we served icecream by ourselves. It was really bad experience.hotel should value for guest time and preferences. It was like we visited to get complimentary services,so they didn't paid attention to us. Even for complimentary on some other places we received good welcome and awesome services of hospitality. We ordered corn kebab which was seriously tasty, and not expected. It felt so good to have those taste after a long period of time. It should be consumed when it is hot as they are heavy and after sometime it gets dry. I will try more items from there menu.
