The rooms were clean but nothing like shown in the picture. You'd easily get a better or same room in another hotel at a very affordable price. It was really a disappointment. Organised event for my company first time at this hotel. Unmatched service, ambience is really amazing, finally food quality praised by everyone, even no one was able to find any fault, specially Rakesh Singh Rajput ji, bhagwat gurjar both of them have provided excellent service. Recently booked for my brothers wedding reception. It was a horrible experience as there was so much of last minute chaos and the decorations was not as planned nor there was the arrangement of speaker or music system. The hotel and the decor team insisted for full advance payments, but it was all a waste of money as nothing was as planned. I won’t recommend jardin to anyone. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

There is much to say about this 1. Pros are good location, extremely professional and helpful staff, great cuisine, extraordinary room service, Grill in a masterpiece in it and cilantro is top up. 2. Cons are small room, pool for name sake only, poor internet connection, no kid zone, no spa To summarise - it's good choice if you are looking for a short and good stay and good food.. Visit fir dinner @grill .. snacks are so tasty, main course also good but they need work on dessert. All desserts are not upto mark. Please work on your dessert section in last that makes disappointing all your food.

I Recently booked Jardin for my brother’s marriage and discussed everything in advance with the staff and decoration team, but they disappointed us soo much with everything. Decoration team- 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐬𝐡 they took advance payment from us and we discussed the decoration so specially but then also they did completely different arrangements and they were also very rude and mean, No manners nothing at all. They did cheap quality decoration and changed colour theme on their own. Hospital staff- I have discussed and booked everything with 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐦𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐛𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐤 Bhandari, they were the worst staff . Discussed speakers and mic arrangements with them, but at the end time they denied and said nothing was finalised and at end time chaos happened and they argued with me. It was a nice and perfect place for a wedding and other parties, we stayed here for 3 days for my relatives wedding, good service and a wonderful environment, neat and organized well. Also very co-operative staff and management, breakfast and lunch - dinner also affordable and tasty. The Grill restaurant from Jardin Hotel is a good initiative. Honestly reviewing I felt bit of cons in their arrangements. Like: 1. The music was so loud. 2. The swimming pool was accessed by some of the people and that was in front of the entrance gate, which doesn't gives a good look to start. 3. The grills are not fixed on table in the lunch time. 4. Many of the food items were lacking, the name plates and utensils were placed there but blank. 5. The bowls were not in place, where needed. 6. Staff was confused in high traffic of customers. 7. Charged heavy in pocket, as per arrangements. 8. Salad section was week. 9. Dessert section was week. Pros: 1. The staff was courteous enough. 2. The services of Mr. Rajendra was commendable. 3. Good main course menu. 4. The starters were tasty and healthy. 5. The parking space is proper. 6. The sitting space is proper. 7. Veg and non-veg sections were separated properly. Loved the hospitality, ambience, rooms, room service, food. We stayed at the Jardin for 2 nights while on our road trip from lucknow to pune, and there was barely anything to complain about. Supportive staff, peaceful locality. Evening buffet might feel a bit expensive but the variety on offer and pool side dinner with live music makes it a must have at least once experience. Special Mention for the Singers: they were too good.
