Worst experience. Decoration staff made fake promises which was very sad as it was my first experience at Jardin. Last minute arrangements were soo disappointing that it took bride and groom more than an hour for an entry. Guest were almost about to leave. Overall worst experience by decoration staff and I won't recommend this place. Service: 1
Rooms are good and clean. The staff is very prompt and friendly. Buffet breakfast had ample options such as Poha, idli, stuffed paratha, sandwich, sabudana khichdi, pastries, fruit juice etc. and the taste was good. Cilantro nipania food was delicious 😋 …
I recently had pleasure of staying in Jardin Indore and i must say it was the best stay. The staff was so helpful that I forgot my keys in room they helped me at 4.00 Am at night even they had a maintenance guy at night . The hospitality they gave me was unmatchable. Must recommended stay in Indore. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4

Arranged a birthday party at Jardin. All the arrangements were top class but the cherry on the top was the food. Mind blowing starters and main course and absolutely delicious dessert!! I went on dinner today with my wife. Had an unpleasant experience at 'The Grills' Restaurant of Jardin Hotel. The sweet corner of the buffet was very unhygenic , So may kids were coming to taste sweet and they just putting their fingers in sweets and tasting all the sweets and there was no one to stop or moniter them. Felt Very Pathetic . Service: 1
