Staff is very good Jitendra good staff person very good hospitality |Good breakfast

I have been staying at this hotel for the past three days in room no 224 and unfortunately, the room service has been extremely disappointing. Every single day, I’ve had to struggle even for something as basic as a cup of tea. Despite repeated requests, basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner are not provided. For a hotel that claims to offer a comfortable stay, the service has been far from satisfactory. I sincerely hope they take guest feedback seriously and improve their hospitality standards. My recent stay at IHCL WOW Crest Indore was deeply disappointing and far below expectations. From the moment I checked in, the experience was marred by multiple issues that made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. • The room was not clean upon arrival—there was leftover tea in the kettle and strands of hair on the linen, which was extremely unhygienic. • There were frequent power cuts, and to make matters worse, a persistent water dripping noise continued throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. • Basic amenities like an iron board took over 30 minutes to arrive after the request. • The breakfast service was equally poor, lacking both promptness and quality. Overall, it was a horrible experience—one I would rather forget. For a property under the IHCL banner, this level of service and upkeep is unacceptable. I hope the management takes serious steps to address these concerns and improve the guest experience. Trip type Business Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4

Hotel Wow Crest, Indore is a decent place to stay, though the rooms are a bit small. The breakfast service was excellent. staff were prompt and cooperative. Special thanks to Chef Sonu and Gajanan for their attentive service and hospitality. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5

It's a decent hotel and offers a decent stay. Rooms are good. Service is also efficient. Food was average and not upto mark in the restaurant we had buffet in. We had all three meals included in our stay. The buffet was in constellation restaurant. Amenities are also very limited. Check in and check out timings are off. Hence price is not justified overall as I had paid ₹11,004. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3 Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Kid-friendly

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. The safety features were impressive, giving us peace of mind during our stay. The hospitality was top-notch - the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location of Hotel is very good too. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thanks for the warm hospitality Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We stayed at Wow Crest for a night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was fully booked, yet we received a complimentary upgrade and an extended check-out, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant staff took great care of us and ensured timely service throughout. The hospitality of the entire team truly stood out — they were attentive, warm, and made sure our stay was memorable. A special touch was when they gifted us a framed picture of our memory there as a keepsake. Highly recommend Wow Crest for anyone visiting Indore! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

very bad experience. they charged more thanMRP for goodies in the room. service is very slow. staff behaviour is rude Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4

The service was good, and the staff was polite and attentive. However, the room size felt cramped, and the overall aesthetics, particularly the bathroom placement and layout, were not well designed. While the service made the stay comfortable, the hotel should work on improving the room design Rooms: 1 Service: 5 Location: 5
