Infiniti Hotel

I have stayed at Hotel Infinity 5-6 times, all the facilities in the hotel are managed very well, the behavior of all the staff is very good. All the facilities are available on time. The rooms are well prepared, cleanliness is maintained well. The food system is also good, there is a need to improve the service a little. There is an excellent arrangement for breakfast. Booked this hotel based on its 4-star rating and the amenities listed on the Goibibo website, but the experience was quite underwhelming. The listing promised a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and complimentary amenities — none of which were available. This was clearly misleading advertising. Additionally, the website mentioned flexible check-in and check-out options, but the hotel refused any extension, citing full occupancy. If such services can’t be honored, they shouldn’t be advertised. Overall, the stay did not live up to expectations, and I’d strongly recommend that future guests call and verify all details before booking. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Bad experience.. The power keeps going off every 10 mins.. The housekeeping doesn't do deep cleaning of the rooms..cockroaches were running around and dust in the room.. There was drilling happening at 9.30 pm in the night..had to call at least 4 times to stop that.. I had to call twice to get 2 milk sachets.. Today while checking out the reception desk personal Shreya was very rude and not fit for front office customer interaction...I had to deny paying the bill until I get to see some higher authority of the hotel.. Ppl pop up without a visiting card and just claim they are heading the department..Only Vikas had a business card..Bhavana didn't have nor the senior guy of admin. The only good thing is the HobNob pub ..rest hotel room is badly maintained.. Mosquitoes at the lobby... I had given feedback last 2 times while staying still nothing has changed..I am not gonna book again here and also inform my colleagues to book at other hotels Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 4 Rooms Na Nearby activities Na Safety Na Walkability Na Food & drinks Food is good Noteworthy details Na Hotel highlights Kid-friendly

Fantastic placeto stay here. Great staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Infinity Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was seamless, and every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and breathtaking views. The attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort truly stood out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu, with fresh ingredients and exquisite flavors. The service was top-notch, and the ambiance made every meal even more enjoyable. Additionally, their service is very very quick. You ask for anything at reception & within 5 minutes (maximum) they will arrange it. Infinity Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.
