Infiniti Hotel

Our recent stay at this property was highly satisfactory. We reserved a triple-bed room, and the accommodations and service met our expectations. The establishment features four distinct restaurants, each offering a unique thematic dining experience. Travel group Friends Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights Great value

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Infinity Hotel and Spa, Indore, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor shortcomings. Rooms and Amenities The rooms at the hotel were well-designed, offering ample space for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the thoughtful partitioning, which allowed for a dedicated meeting space within the room. This feature is particularly beneficial for business travelers who may need to hold discussions or work without distractions. The rooms were well-furnished, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a relaxing stay. Staff and Service The hotel staff was extremely courteous and professional, always willing to assist with any requests. Their hospitality added a personal touch to the stay, making guests feel welcomed and valued. From check-in to check-out, the service was prompt and efficient, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Dining Experience The breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to suit different tastes. Whether one prefers Indian delicacies or a continental selection, the choices were impressive, and the quality of food was excellent. However, the complimentary dinner fell short of expectations. While it was a thoughtful inclusion, the variety and taste did not match the high standards set by the breakfast. The options seemed somewhat limited, and the overall dining experience could have been better in terms of flavor and presentation. Final Verdict Overall, Infinity Hotel and Spa, Indore, offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially for business travelers. The spacious rooms with a meeting area, courteous staff, and a fantastic breakfast contribute to a positive experience. If the quality of the complimentary dinner is improved, the hotel would offer an even more well-rounded hospitality experience. I wonder why their room seems a bit congested, but it's a nice place to stay. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

Initially stayed in double bedroom room was good except ac blower was noisy, then shifted to Presidential Suite room which was looking like 7 star hotel. All three ac in room were silently working, jacuzzi mind blowing and room was spacious. Complimentary breakfast , evening tea and dinner was excellent except they delay to refill nonveg dish in dinner . Other wise quality of food is excellent. Staff at infiniti are supportive. Had very comfortable stay. Having read all negative reviews, was not expecting much. But surprisingly realised things are not that bad at all. Except prices are on higher side if compared with nearby hotels. One suggestion to management - giving welcome letter to all guests is great, but it’s really not necessary. You can avoid those papers. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Rooms Very spacious & clean. Furniture is old & not so attractive. Nearby activities Many good restaurants nearby Food & drinks All menus at breakfast buffet were tasty. Especially jalebi was so delicious. Noteworthy details Staff can be trained to be little polite. I was here for a conference on the 4th floor, in the banquet hall. There were frequent power cuts throughout the event, which was quite inconvenient. Trip type Business Location: 5

I went to the restaurant for dinner at Infinity Hotel Bombay Hospital today and the scene there was like this, who sits on the platform of the bar counter and drinks alcohol? And there was no one to stop them because all the employees were also enjoying. When I complained about this to the duty manager, he told me to sit outside, they are enjoying 😅😅 If someone with family and children would have been sitting there for dinner, it would have been a matter of shame. If a family member sees this kind of ambiance and vulgarity in a hotel, they would prefer to leave the place out of shame. Very disappointed. Service: 1 Location: 4

⸻ I had great stay. I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The hospitality was exceptional, making me feel happy. The rooms were spotless, bright, and thoughtfully designed — with soft pillows, crisp linens, a perfectly cool AC, and a sparkling clean bathroom.
