Infiniti Hotel

The staff was very friendly & polite. The rooms & washroom were neat & clean. There are restaurants & dance clubs on the various floors in the building, lots of youngsters crowd keeps visiting this place. All in all, it is an affordable option, however, I found the corridors & the lighting a bit shady. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 3

The rooms are very dirty, the service is also not good, and the staff's response is very rude. Our room key wasn't working, and even after getting it changed twice, it still didn't work. All in all, it was a very bad experience. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

From the moment I entered, the hospitality was warm, respectful, and professional. The rooms were spotless, well-lit, and tastefully designed, offering every comfort you could need — soft pillows, crisp linens, powerful AC, and a sparkling bathroom. We had a confirmed booking at Infinity Hotel for our Teachers’ Day party. Shockingly, when we reached the venue, the staff denied our booking venue and behaved in an extremely rude manner. They went so far as to insult the teachers on Teachers’ Day itself, which was deeply disrespectful and unacceptable. Instead of cooperating, the staff argued with us and created unnecessary stress on such a special occasion. Only after a long argument did they finally allow us, but the damage and humiliation were already done. Such mismanagement, lack of professionalism, and insulting behavior towards teachers on Teachers’ Day is highly disappointing and should not be tolerated. We traveled 130 km to celebrate this special occasion. Service: 1

I didn't stay here, just visited to check out an exhibition. The valet service for parking cars is a great service. Appreciate it for the convenience. Location of Infinity is across the road from Bombay Hospital and Prestige PG College. The rooftop restaurant offers a great view of the city. Pathetic reception staff. Hotel is centrally located and is easy approachable. Room is quite well maintained and food is amazing. The only things which is keeping is not recommended to others is their reception staff. Even at the time of hotel booking things are made aware but no sync between hotel staff and Receptionist (Miss Shreya) is quite rude. She did not know how to talk to the quests. Very bad experience. Rooms are pathetic untidy and dirty. The washrooms were very unclean. Staff rude and full of attitude. They did not even give me a feedback form when asked as they are aware of their doings. This hotel should not be listed as they dont know the meaning of hospitality and service. Not at all worth the money. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 5 Noteworthy details Not at all worth the money
