Infiniti Hotel

There was no cleanliness maintained in the food. The food was very unhygienic — a thread and a utensil-cleaning wire were found in it. After that, the food manager, Mr. Chouhan, came and said sorry, but he did not seem guilty at all. Later, they just reheated the same food and sent it again, only replacing the chapati. I stayed at the Infinity hotel during my recent visit to Indore. I surprised to note that the hotel is changing the stay of Driver. I stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life but no body has changed the staying fee of Driver. I asked the reception desk in this regard but they said that it is the policy of management. Here I would like to suggest the management that the taxi drivers are one of the marketing agent. If you charge the staying amount then they will never suggest their costumes to stay that hotel.

On prime location. Quick welcome and surprised with the big family room. Very short but good one though. Will visit again. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Food & drinks Food was good and reasonable Hotel highlights Kid-friendly

Amenities listed online (pool, jacuzzi, free perks) were missing. Flexible check-in/out? Also denied. Disappointed with how different the reality was from the listing. Not worth the 4-star tag. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family

I stayed for 2 days and was there on a business trip . Stayed on first floor , rooms were good sizes and seems to be recently done . Good part of the hotel is excellent location and they have 3-4 restaurants including roof top with great variety of food . Breakfast spread is a big area of concern ..very limited.
