Infiniti Hotel

This 3 star hotel will surprise you with amazing service quality. In the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious and cleaned, modern style bathrooms. Adequate charging points, well decorated, The most amazing part of my stay was morning breakfast buffet. They have varieties from fresh juices to fresh fruits, to South Indian options to Indore 's famous Poha Jalebi to Pav Bhaji and few non veg options too. For kids they have got cakes and muffins also. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Food & drinks Great buffet breakfast. Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value

This hotel is located in Vijaynagar , opposite to Bombay hospital Centrally located & surrounding with happening places. Rooms are very specious & equipped with all modern amenities. Staff service is very fast , staff is very polite & helping Food quality is very good, breakfast spread is very good with multiple options for healthy food . This hotel itself having 3 dining restaurants, all are always crowded. I will definitely go again in this hotel in future. Not good not bad. The place needs to upgrade many small things. The rooms were big but the wooden & glass partition was too tacky. The wooden flooring & furniture was good but needs regular pest control as there was lot of cockroaches issues. The bathrooms need maintenance taps were leaking, hot water was an issue at times. Breakfast was too bad. All good laid out was too cold & no good variation. The staff was not ready to serve out in lawn, asked us to take self service. Inside the restaurant it was too dark & gloomy in morning.

My 11-day stay at Infiniti Hotel and Spa was exceptional. The room service was prompt and attentive, ensuring my comfort at all times. The staff were incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend this establishment for its impeccable service and welcoming atmosphere. This time, the things are excellent right from the room cleanliness and the other services rendered by the hotel staff. But, I want to flag one issue about the proof of identity generally asked by any hotel before booking the rooms. When, I gave my identity card to ascertain my identity through the issued ID by my parent department under Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India, but they denied it and asked for adhaar card. So, my request is that try to accept all such ID proof, also. My compliments to the management of Infinity hotel, Indore for rendering excellent hospitality. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 4

It was a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Infiniti at Indore. The service was fantastic, Behaviour and hospitality of all the staff was amazing, we have spent the New year eve and enjoyed live music out there. In nutshell, every thing was fantastic Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

The hotel might not fall in the category of luxury ones but it is really close. In terms of facilities and amenities, it's not far behind from some of the big names. It has 2 restaurents with decent food and both are reasonably priced. The one at 3rd floor had live music on Christmas Eve. I haven't seen any hotel in this category with such arrangements. The only thing which is probably not very attractive is their reception area which looks cramped but their staff is always at your service if there is any issue. You can feel that they are trying their best to give you a really good experience. Overall, a value for money!! Big Cheers!!
