Worst management I have stayed in many of the hotels in indore as I am a frequent traveler due to my profession. Staff was not at all attentive. Reception was not responding to repeated calls. During checkout they collected luggage from room and haven't loaded in my car but assured us that they have loaded. Worst part is I have travelled back 50 kms towards my destination then I have to travel back just to pick my luggage back. I demand my full refund of this pathetic stay. Food is awesome and fresh. I order using Zomato or Swiggy from Flying Tonga. Special mention of Vikas Shukla, he always walks the extra mile to ensure that the food is prepared to our liking. The staff is humble, service is great. It's always a consistent & WOW experience - I order very frequently from Flying Tonga.
