Had Worst experience. Wi-fi problem. Lift is single and very slow. Spoiled a lot of time during use of lift. Dinner served in buffet only when 70% room booked. Otherwise directly served to room. Dental kit, Shaving kit and Sleepers are not included in tarrif, you have to buy seperately. Hotel started from fifth floor. Reception is also on 5th floor. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
Decent rooms with a decent breakfast... Affordable pricing as well... Service was good too... Only issue is if you want an early checkin.. Might have to wait for an hr for a room.. Else no other issues...

Good Hotel With Great Hospitality and Good Ambience For The Stay. I was here on a Business Trip and liked the stay at Ginger Hotel. It has some good amenities such as Gym, Laundry, Guest Pantry and Pressing Rooms. The thing that we didnt like was that the Queen sized in double occupancy Rooms. May be that can be changed. Also its a 12 to 12 Check in Hotel not a 24hrs Check In Hotel.

It was my first stay in indore. I choose for ginger being a Tata brand. It was not up to my expectations. They are still stuck to their process and policies. Charged extra for early check-in (8 AM). They have very limited options for room service. Very limited staff and even do not escort you to the room. You may get better option on the same price thus not recommended.
The accomodation was very good and the staff behaviour Was also very generous with us they are ready for serve us 24*7 .
