Ginger Indore

Small and economical rooms for travel stay, overnight stay or day stay. Rooms are neat and clean, very helpful staff. Checkin process is fast Thanks Mr. Abhishaek (Reception) to host me. Breakfast is average but restaurant having nice and cool ambiance. Options in Breakfast menu is limited, have to consider on Punjabi's and Haryanvies (North indians) 😀😀

The stay aspect was comfortable although a little small rooms. The food in their restaurant is excellent. Try their Baigan curry. If you want to buy any quick buy items like water etc there are no shops nearby. If you want a change good restaurants are about km away. Overall a good value stay in Indore. Autos are always available. The rooms are located on the 5th 6th and 7th floor.

Nice stay with moderate price.Card swiping Machine not working when we wanted to pay room rent by debit card on 05th Jan19.Machine was not working since 26thDec18. But staff at reception did not give info regarding this.Manager is missing from the spot. Improve customer service.

It is a very good hotel for staying around indore. The room has a nice sunrise view. Sanjay chouhan is a good service. The buffet hall consists of a lot of food varieties and is nice. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

This hotel is pathetic!!!! The guy who attends the customer at reception doesn’t know anything. I reached the hotel at 11:30 a.m so i asked them about the availability of a room, they showed me two rooms . First of all there was no space to even walk inside the room if you wanted to use the table you have to sit on you bed because there was no space for a chair, only the bathroom space was decent. Anyways I compromised on space and said it’s ok book the room. Then he said you just wait for 5 minutes I am booking your room. It took him 40 minutes, we were sitting at the reception without having breakfast and still couldn’t book the room and when i asked him what’s taking you so long then his supervisor came and said “ it is taking long time because you arrived earlier than the check-in time and you have to pay for that” Still i was ok with the extra charges but just let me get inside the room. But the experience was horrendous they were still murmuring with each other and couldn’t book the room so we took our ID back and left immediately after wasting 1 hour.

This hotel is very nice to stay in Indore, it is at very nice location, all the services are very good. Staff is very cooperative, cleaning service is also very good. In restaurant Mr. Ashok is very nice person he always keeps smiling and delivers the service very nicely. Highly Recommended. Over all experience of hotel ginger is peace full. Very well clean room n towel-linens. best hot water shower,Room service is quick, food is tasty, easy check-in n out.As we were leaving early we asked for take away breakfast specifically sandwich... they gave us bread spread with some sauce which doesn't taste well wit a (banana, cupcake n a juice pack). We travel all over by public transport in indore, rickshaw charge around 80 - 100 rs on the popular spot of indore ,bargain before u hop in rickshaw .also i-bus management is best in indore .there is busstop opposite ginger (press complex busstop) which will take u to indore zoo (Indira pratima busstop near zoo)which is must as they have lion n tiger n the best is birds aviary Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

It's one of the best mid range hotel in Indore by Tata, the wide range of breakfast menu, professional staff. Great location. Decent size room. Only thing they lack is some sort of loyalty program. I'll surely like to visit again.
