Ginger Indore

Stayed with Ginger Hotel last week. Nice hotel with all the basic amenities required by a business traveller. Though rooms are very small, have decent ambiance and proper housekeeping. Staff is very courteous and always ready to help you. Food is good when it comes to BF. Overall good hotel to stay for short duration mainly for business travelers.

Today dt.15.8.2022 i am check in this hotel, there is no option to remove this one star otherwise i will remove it and write my view for this hotel, total worst experience and hospitality by staff no one can attend after 5 calls and it is to much annoying when i want to slip and told them that kindly put one more bed, quilt, bedsheet and pillow which i already paid to the hotel, staff provide this after 12:47 am and no response for the same. So i am strongy recommend that do not come and stay this hotel you will definitely lose your money and precious time too. Trip type Vacation Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

The room qas bit small but room cleaning and food qas very good. Especially Sanjay and Dharmendra did good job of cleaning whenever we asked to clean room or bathroom or to provide extra sheets and laundry bags. Food service was good and Ashok helped with food availability in room and whenever we wanted

Ashok Kumar give best service... Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Very small and untidy rooms. No space, even to have a small gathering of 3 people. The whole hotel has very poor internet connectivity. Television nevee works. Just a single window in the room which has its lock broken. All in all, the cost of this room is not more than 700-800 for which they charge 3000.

Nice hotel. Their service is really nice. Good food. Sanjay and Dharmendr great cleaning experience. Thank you. Will recommend more. Stayed for two days, clean room, good breakfast Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Location: Located on the main road, but can't locate easily. No name board available in front side. 4 floors are occupied by commercial entities like shoppers stop. Hotel located on 5th to 7th floor. Lift: Lift was available. As compared to number of rooms, only one lift was not enough. Most of the time, the lift was occupied. Rooms: Rooms are too small. All the necessary amenities are available. City View from top available from all the rooms. Cleanliness: Rooms are neet and clean. All the things are placed on right spot. Food: Food was really nice and served on time. Buffet was available at night. Breakfast was awesome. In fact, this was the best in our entire stay. Staff: Staff was very cooperative and friendly. Was doing too much formalities of check-in and check-out. Overall, this was a business hotel for business travel. A good option to stay in Indore. The stay was comfortable with good room as always. But the food quality is below standard, specially the dinner. I had this dinner on buffet, and the food quality as well as variety was below Ginger standard. I have stayed in Ginger in many cities (Agartala, Jaipur to name a few). But the variety of items and taste in those hotels were quite appreciable. This is MP and they lacked to please my taste buds during the dinner. And on top of it they didn't offer ice cream after the food. I was told it was not in stock. Ridiculous.. Is it a road side hotel? I love to stay in Ginger hotels wherever I go and also suggest my friends to experience this comfortable stay. But Ginger, Indore has let me down. Hope they improve their food services in days to come..

Very good hotel with clean rooms and polite staff ( reception, gate staff, housekeeping staff and Restaurant staff). Restaurant serves very good food and is very well maintained. Special mention for Mr. Mithun and Mr. Vinayak ( Restaurant staff) who served us well and ensured we were comfortable with the meal preparations. Thank you for the hospitality. Will visit again when we are in Indore next.
