Ovelall Bad experience. Fixtures in bathroom needs to be corrected. Mattress are of low quality. Bring ur own dental and shaving kit, else u will be charged. Biggest disappointment was unprofessional and un trained staff. They charged me extra for dinner against my MAP plan. After digging deep and a lot of their internal talk they corrected my bill. There was no apologies vocal or expressive for wrong billing by the staff.

We have a very pleasant stay from 14th to 18th of August.Nice hospitality,cleanliness is there.Particularly d food is very nice & 👌 we enjoyed our stay here at Indore.We thank from core of our hearts to Kishorji,Susantji & vinay for beautifully 😍 treated us,thanks again. To me, this particular Ginger does not even qualify for any hotel really. For someone who has travelled cities within India and frequently stays at hotels for work - this is a farce. At 10.30 pm from having to wait for 40 minutes for the lift to start and reach the reception at the 5th floor, to no security guy will to help - I had to climb up 5 storey's with a bruised ligament to be able to get a room. Once I got the room and wanted to call for food, the kitchen says we shut at 10. For a business hotel, that did sound extremely odd. Finally managed to get them to serve a Dal Khicdi, after requesting and using a stern voice. The food was okay. The bed was bent from the centre, no way one could possibly sleep in that bed. Mosquitoes in the room. Linen was stained. Towels beyond off-white. After managing some sleep on piece-meal basis, the breakfast was lived up to the experience thus far. People had to be told several times to refill Poha, Juices, sandwiches and a chai, which never really came even after two reminders. I was in Room 217 and the experience was no better for my other two colleagues either. Definitely a miss. An AIRBnB would probably be a better bet at the same cost in Indore. We had a booking for two nights, checked out after one night and managed something else, a far better experience in almost the same cost. Hotel has very friendly staff and food quality is a 5 star. A lot of variety in food items and in breakfast the fruit juice is epic it's the best you will ever have. I rate this as 4 because rooms are comparatively small. But anyway doesn't really matter.

First of Hotel location and Ambience is Excellent. Staff is quite Humble Room service is good Restaurant staff is good they are quite good n humble. And above all our manager sales Mr Amit is also very good as he represents very well

My overall experience in the ginger hotel indore is more towards excellent experience, I've met accross my housekeeping service employee Ajay , sanjay and arvind they have provided me the best room service and they talk in a very polite way , I wish them a great success...... Beautiful inclusive buffet system, splendid service. Rooms have the best card-swipe system, AC, shower-curtains, a mini-fridge- a built-in electric kettle with make-your-own tea! How much more do you get!? Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4
