A wonderful budget palace to stay. A little away from hustle bustle of the city but every market place or famous place easily reachable from here. This is a Tata group hotel. Service and food is top notch and if they feel any item in food is not so good to serve they will tell you not to order that, thanks for this honesty. I will definitely vouch from this stay in Indore. The only issue I faced that is internet connection, but that was also sorted. The best thing I felt that they always serve you with smile and try to solve the problem. Really a 3 star accommodation. I will for sure stay with Ginger again.

The staff is very friendly and supportive, we checked in at night 11:30 and had not booked the room, but the staff helped us and got the rooms cleaned immediately at set us up with 2 rooms within 45 mins. The breakfast was also served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. which is perfect timing for early risers and late morning people.

We stayed at Ginger Hotel Indore. Reception people were good. May be slight gap in understanding the requirements. Otherwise very nice to take care of our needs. Good room boys. Rooms were small. However, very neat and clean. All the amenities one would look for is available. Added to that water heater for making your morning coffee/tea. Iron board and Water dispenser available in the floor, in case you need. Restaurant was good. Buffet breakfast was very nice with good spreads. Different varieties were available on all the 4 days we stayed. Very courteous staff. Nice Restaurant Manager who is always available to see if things are right. I will give 4+ star for it. It would have been 5 star but for non-availability of hard bed for people having back aches, frequent disconnectivity of free wifi connection, entrance at the rear side of the building.

Pros : This is a business hotel. It is good for lower budgets. It has simple AC rooms, free WiFi, a paid laundry service, on-demand hair dryers, irons, etc. They provide soap, shampoo and conditioner. Items like toothbrushes or paste are chargeable. Other places are easily accessible as cabs and autos are easily found/booked. A huge Shoppers Stop outlet and Cafe Coffee Day outlet are in the same building as the hotel, which is cool. Cons : However the rooms are a bit cosy, not really spacious, there are power cuts/fluctuations sometimes, and the WiFi may stop working though it does work again pretty soon then. The food is average. But I feel the quantity was sufficient. The room service staff tends to steal some of the food you order, so beware (lol). While checking in, all people in the family/group have to show up with IDs, and this takes a lot of time. Oh and the beds are creaky. All in all, it's a good place to be, especially since you save money and the stay is comfortable.

I had a comfortable stay at Ginger for 2 weeks. However, there are few things which could be improved. 1) Choice of dishes at the restaurant. 2) Quality of rooms and housekeeping Overall, it's a fine place for anyone looking for a budget hotel.

Hey Friends! If you are visiting Indore and looking for a hotel, please DON'T choose Ginger hotel; rather, you pay 500/- bucks extra to some other hotel. I have jotted down a few issues I faced during my stay. And unfortunately, I have to stay one more night while posting this review. - this property has only access to a single lift, and you have to wait for a long. - Dental kits are chargeable. - Iron is not available in the room. - restaurants will not give you plates, Spoon, tissues, etc. If you haven't ordered anything from there. - hotel staff is not well behaved. - rooms are little conjusted and so are the bathrooms. The location is quite feasable from all over the city and almost 15 minutes away from the City Centre. The stay was pleasant and breakfast was pretty good. The service was a bit laggy as requested stuff wasn't provided at all let alone of being late. The cleanliness was excellent as Indore being the cleanest city. Over all it was a good overnight stay.
