Ginger Indore

This is a typical Ginger Hotel which is on the back side (top floors) of the building. Front side and lower floors of the building are occupied by Shopper Stop. Rooms are a bit smaller but clean (normal like any other Ginger Hotels). Parking is free. Location is good. Good staff. Breakfast is good and tasty but we found insect in the sambar for which Hotel Staff apologized many times and assured to be more careful in future.

The road on front of the mall is dug up and thus drive slowly so that you do not cross the entrance. The reception is at the 5th floor. I am pleasantly delighted to find the staff at the ground floor checked my body temperature and sanitised my bags. In the last 3 months I have stayed over 10 properties and nobody is still following the Covid protocols the way Ginger Indore is. A big thumbs up to it 👍 The check in was smooth. I was assigned a room in the 6th floor with a city view. The room had all the necessary facilities and the bathroom was quite neat, clean and spacious. The bed and pillow was soft and perfect for sound sleep. The AC in my room did not work. I like to switch on the AC for 10-15 mins before sleep. I would request the authority to check for it in Room#126. This is the only suggestions I have The room service was pretty efficient and the quality and size of food was great too. However it takes about 20-30 mins to deliver. Thus, in the next morning I called before 10 mins of checking out and placed my order. By the time I was at the restaurant the food was ready. Maybe you can use thus trick in case you are in a hurry. I also glanced through the breakfast buffet & will surely recommend to opt for it

While visiting Indore this time we chose Ginger Hotel apparently because, the never fail with quality. It is located on top Floors of Shopper Stop and quite accessible. Good lobby and reception. Check in was quick with strict security formalities. We were allocated room, which was little smaller then expectation but felt roomy as layout & interior décor was well laid out. There was Guest pantry with Water & Ironing Board. A fully Function Gym. What was Special.....Well for single Females wanting privacy & safety, they separate section of room with separate corridor, that was nice, Breakfast layout was simple but quality of food & service was exemplary. Staff had smile on there face at all times. I though property was one year old but on Check out , reception told me its Seven, I was surprised with quality maintained. Keep it up guys.

Stay and food is great, just that food options are very limited. All the staff here are very responsible and they do their work really well. Mr Nivesh and Mr Ashok from the restaurant team are doing a really good job!! Thanks to them Trip type Business Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3

Very rude and cunning staff, I stayed a couple of months back, after checkout they started calling me saying you broke the TV trying to get money out of me and harrassing me, they even came up with stories like "it is very clear that you hit the TV with a big object". Would never stay here again. Need staff replacement if you want to maintain brand name. Trip type Business Travel group Solo

Room was fresh, new, very good. Beautiful greenary view from the window. Bathroom: no bucket. No toiletry. Parking: limited. Car got damaged over speed breaker park. Location: excellent but in the back of shopper's stop building. Food: bf very good fresh hot. Service: generally good. Mr Probit Dey nice person but needs customer service training -not wore mask but no smiley welcome, forgot to brief about wifi settings and later lied saying he briefed us. Supervisor: nice man. Quick decisions, understands customer issues. Waived extra wifi charges bought by mistake. Price: ginger site booking good experience. But ms Gitanjali was unable to modify booking to add 1 more pax even when room had capacity. She should have those features. Mr Probit was inconsiderate and charged more for adding pax than online rates. When I tested Mr Probit by saying I will not stay here again, he said that's ok. He is supposed to stay pl visit again. Hotel is located in a strategic place and pricing is okay. Good for a brief stay. Room is extremely small and the bed as well. Wi-Fi is only a promise. Food and staff's attempt for better service is appreciated. Break fast is good.
