Stay Experience was lovely, everything is perfect except the entry at the property, It is vai a single elevator which is pretty annoying to use. Same Lift to go in and out of the property and to go up to the rooms would appreciate if there was an additional elevator and a staircase for the same

Great infrastructure with regard to the rooms, ambiance, hygiene, safety, location and the warmth of the staff at reception (Abhishek and Shruti). The restaurant is absolutely on point. With a wonderful spread of variety in options in the breakfast buffet, one is spoiled for choice. No stone is left unturned to make your meal time the best under the eagle eyes of Ashok and Mithun who were consistently ever so courteous, attentive and eager to serve. They do offer a decent packed breakfast for those checking out at dawn. However, we had a few experiences that prevent me from giving Ginger Indore all 5 stars ~ 1. The booking itself was painful. We had to make so many follow up calls for the payment link and even after we made the payment, we did not receive the confirmation email or msg. We spoke with five persons just to ensure that our one booking for that weekend was confirmed. 2. Parking IS a serious issue, though the attendant did try to do the best he could. The management needs to look into this. 3. Towels! Could you believe that we needed to chase them every single day and explain that we were a couple sharing the room but we did need two bath towels! And this was every single day of our stay. Yet, all in all, I would still recommend Ginger Indore IF the issues are rectified permanently.

Booked room only for 1 night. No proper hospitality while checking out. Receptionist did not even greet or thanked. You have to carry your luggage to your room by own, no matter your age. Hotel is in 5th and 6th floors. Razor and slippers are chargeable with additional taxes. Safety Whole night someone from other room were shouting. Food & drinks Good

The rooms are very small. The mattress are horrible it is too soft and sinks. It is not comfortable to sleep. They should provide soft but firm mattresses. The remotes of AC and TV are not working

Excellent place to stay safe. Very Clean. House keeping is excellent. Mr. Dharmendra services and job is superb. Very nice person. Reception staff is very good. Restaurant staff too is also good . Good service overall! Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. One of the housekeeping guys siya ram was very nice and helped us keep our room clean all the time Their internet speed is quite low so that was a bummer

Great location, not too far from the railway station. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean albeit a bit small. Room service is fast. The gym is well equipped. There is an ironing board and iron by the water cooler in the hall. The food is great. Breakfast was ready on time. There were a multitude of options to choose from

Located in the centre of the city with malls, eateries and shops nearby. Good connectivity. Rooms are clean. Bare minimum amenities. No chair or table for you to maybe enjoy a cup of tea/coffee.
