Please note that there was a very bad experience at Ginger Indore. I never expected this type of service from Ginger brand. Today afternoon I have checked in the property with my family and taken 2Rooms. When we are entered the room the AC has leakage and water droplets is there and my little kid was fallen in this water then I talked to reception and they changed the room. After sometime my room has power failed. Other than that the room service also very poor and worst. Two incidents till yet: 1. First time I told him to send sugar sachet in the room and they are sending after 20min by two times reminder. 2. Second time I told him to send chilled water bottle in the room and again they are sending normal water bottle after 20min by same two time reminder. I really very fed up with this service and experience that's why I am writing to you. Rooms are very small and poor, below 1 star, no space, bathroom also very old type and small, no basic things like dental kit or comb, hotel staff is also stubborn and adamant, room don't worth more then 800-1000/- per night. Just selling ginger name. Pathetic. I was not happy with the services provided by them. There were lot of reason which makes me and my family angry over the staff Roomvice is not good at all, if you ask for something they will give after 1 hr. Lift is not in good condition,We were stuck in lift for 20 min. Cleaning the Room without permission. Rooms are small, not designed for family. My overall experience is horrible.

Read 3.5 star overall. If you want to be in room for longer not a good choice, but u are using as night stay good. + Neat and clean, good location, good service. -ve very compact room and washroom. Avoid having food in room as no space for two. The hotel is located in a prime location with easy connectivity to malls, Chappan, Sarafa etc. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the room services are up to the mark! Dharmendra, Sanjay and Ajay, the housekeeping staff, are very friendly and professional at their work. The food is good! The lift wasn't working properly. Construction was going on. The service lift was used for guests too but it was so inconvenient and sometimes used to shake. Although the food is ok and the lift gave me a terrible experience but I wanna applaud the staff. Of all the hotels we have stayed Ginger always has proved to be the best.This time too Ginger Indore as no exception.We had booked 3 rooms and all the 3 families felt that Ginger Indore was the best. . Worst experience. When I came for Check-in, I was told no rooms are available and then 3 Guests checked out. When I enquired with the Front Desk guy to allocate a room, i got a wierd reply saying that staff is cleaning Lobby. I also heard a cleaning guy mentioning 2 rooms are ready but still I was not given room. How professional is it to keep your guest waiting just to clean lobby.
