Nice place to stay but at little high cost compare to service and space in the room. Reception staff is good and co-operative also manager use to visit once a week for customers reviews that's good thing. Have limited but nice tasty menu in the hotel which you can order in room.

Hotel room size are small, other amenities like dental kit and saving kit are chargebal. Housekeeping staff is good and very fast responding Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 2 Service: 5 Location: 5 Rooms Room size is small Hotel highlights Great value

Enjoyed a good breakfast this morning at Ginger Indore. Hospitality was great, special mention for Vinay singh. Service: 5

Situated on AB road, back side of Shopper stop. So it's location is pretty good. Now coming to hotel, rooms are very small just a basic amenities nothing special or fancy. Room Service is very poor and slow. Although staff is polite and attentive. Its tariff doesn't match the value that this hotel provides.

Seema Patil We had been to hotel Ginger 4 days back . The hotel is very spacious. Rooms are neat ,clean & airy. Food is very tasty.. ..Hotel manager mr. Datta & his team is very cooperative. Their hospitality is approchable & simply superb..Their service is excellent. I like hotel Ginger very much .

This is one of the best hotels I have visited in Indore. You can check in at any time literally anytime, I checked in at 1.30am in night. The staff is very courteous and they allowed me to checkout 2 hours late without any extra charges. They are provided laundry services which I is nice thing in rainy season. This hotel is located in a very happening place of Indore and is just 0.6 miles away from C21 mall and Malhar Mall. Overall this is a very nice hotel to stay at in Indore.

Experience was amazing..the staff was supportive and helpful..specially ashok Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

First of all let me tell you, this is not just some random review, but this is a "heartfelt thank you note" to the entire GINGER HOTEL INDORE's staff.... From where to start? So I am from Pune and we had planned a mini trip to Indore for 3 days ,but while coming to Indore my mom unfortunately felt a bit sick, her stomach got upset, as soon as we reached Ginger Hotel, Surendra Verma sir made us relaxed, then we went for breakfast and the staff at the restaurant took utmost care of my mom's diet, they went out of their way and served us khichdi, which was very delicious... Time to time they looked after us, they literally had put their heart and soul, this was not only for our family, but they were personally taking care of each and every single guest from aged to kids... No words could explain my gratitude towards their hospitality here at Ginger Hotel Indore. Mr. Sushant and Mr. Mithoon really took great care of our family, Surendra Verma sir helped me out at my entire booking and traveling stuff. Here I would also mention our chef Mr. Ravindra, mannnn what a delicious food he used to cook!! I am not exaggerating but seriously even plain Khichadi would taste so yummy was literally unbelievable... Mr. Chinmay at the desk thank you for your service.... We really felt bad while leaving the hotel, it felt as if we were leaving our own home. My every thank you is enough to express my gratitude, anybody planning for Indore just without giving a second thought book your stay at Ginger Hotel Indore, i give it in writing this is one of the finest hotel I have ever been. Thank you to my idol my hero my inspiration Ratan Tata sir for gifting us your new chain of Hotels.... We love you Ratan Tata sir❤️ Don't forget guys it's a Tata's venture, Best toh hona he hai.... ❤️❤️❤️ Trip type Vacation Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
