I stayed in Room No. 240. AC was noisy. Room Key was not activated though Staff tried to activate it but failed. Corridor was smelling bad with cigarette smoke. There should be a separate zone for smoking. Breakfast was not tasty. Much Inconvenience caused due to one lift (elevators). Travel group Family Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 4
Nice place. Reliable Tata Ginger Hospitality. Located with a Shoppers Stop for shopping needs. Also located just opposite the famous LIG Gurudwara. Clean Rooms, Fresh Linen, Courteous Staff and a Warm homely milieu. Special Mention for HK staff, Anil and Ramachandra who were always prompt with all housekeeping needs. Location of hotel is really approaching if you are traveling. Its on main road. Place is decent, room are okay okay type but bathroom are really clean, if you like and prefer good hygiene neat and clean bathrooms then this one is good 👍 Food quality is really not good You may receive Tava Pula if ordering biryani 😁 Even the tea is not good even after giving many instructions not once but twice. Staff is decent 👍 If you use Type C Charger (e.g. One Plus) Then better you carry your own electric extension bords as the charger won't fit in the socket and if you reading my review after check in then don't worry try this solution (check the last image for solution how to charge 😂)

It was nice stay with Ginger indore. Had got a clean & comfortable ambiance. Team was very helpful & carrying. Will strongly recommend ginger stay.... best of luck .. many likes to Dhrmendra & Sanjay for instant sport for hk cleaning. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
Nice hotel with affordable rates and very much hygiene..staff is very polite and nice. With my package breakfast and lunch/dinner is complementary. They don't have too many choices in menu still food is good.
Stayed almost 10 year ago but memories are still fresh that time no option of review. My best 2 days of life. Good room good food wist to stay more with love one Rooms: 5 Service: 5
The room didn’t justified the the price they’re charging. AC was not working properly, There were WiFi issues even after logging in with valid credentials, beds were ok, the bathroom was resembling as if we were at a cheap lodge as some fittings were not working, the commode was not fixed properly….though the customer service was good but overall room experience was bad considering that Ginger Hotel is a part of Tata’s IHCL
