A historical property. Well located. It's a landmark. The plot wasas originally intended for a building hospital by a local supari trader. Insteaf, the Taj group built an luxurious hotel for which Indore was not ready. Then the Fortune (ITC) group gained ownership & managed it but things went downhill & it was advantage Sayaji. Prodded by the arrival of Radisson Blu, Marriott made an offer which ITC could not refuse & Marriott Indore materialized. An excellent ambience was created. The front office staff is too good. They are very sensitive to the needs of their guests, whether dining or wine-ing. Food is good. The F&B department is trying to woo the locals with mouth watering local fare. At the same time, their foreign clients too are being kept happy with the well known standards of JW Marriott international chain. Floor waiters for banquets work hard. But the security staff are known to heavily bang the boot down after inspection. The door man is polite, courteous & lights up your day with an infectious smile. But why do the cloth napkins served with the banquet plates stink? It needs investigation.

It's Marriott. Those two words pretty much sum up the entire experience of the place. Everything from food quality to ambience was superb. Although it was a friend's treat (thanks, Stuti!), each one of us had fun. So, yeah. Hotel? Marriott.

I have been visiting this property when this property use to be fortune landmark. The hotel has improved since then. Stay was good but the experience with food was not good. But the chef was very humble and polite and so are the rest of the staff.

The service is terrible. Not worthy of a 5 star hotel and a complete disgrace to the Mariott brand. Food taste and quality is also very bad if you opt for a la carte at Indore Kitchen restaurant. I would not recommend this hotel for any dining option as there are much better alternatives in the vicinity. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4

This was my second visit to Marriott Indore and I must see felt pampered. I am surely spoilt by choices from the staff now. Starting from the time at reception I was greeted with welcome drinks and while my suite was getting ready I was also offered some tea so I can sit and work. The executive suite was big and it came with a club lounge access. The TVs in living room and bedroom had all OTT subscription so I was not bored at all. Apart from being very prompt the staff was super helpful as my client fell ill in the middle of the night and the front office rushed to arrange a few medication for her. I was obliged by the kind of seriousness they showed. My experience at the lounge was just amazing the best part was service from Simple Shah. She made sure I was able to try maximum things at lounge. Also to mention the Mojito served by her was really good. Nandini was also very helpful. The breakfast spread was great this time and my client tried some Indian dishes which were really tasty especially the vada and poha. I cannot thank Mr. Shantanu enough for making my stay pleasent and worth it. I am surely being a Marriott loyal now.

An amazing experience staying in this contemporary property in Indore. The food is true to the city’s reputation of being a gastronomical delight. The hospitality is good and the staff is very warm. Highly recommended if you are deciding on a good place to stay.
