Very bad experience, jo image apko meals me dikh rahi hai isse bahot alag rehti hai , Maine ek month k liye meal plan liya tha inka , khaya nahi jata tha , ap log bilkul bhi na fase inke chakkar me , insta me inhone isiliye comment off karke rakha hai .. Food: 1 Service: 1

For the 1st month I was receiving meals but from 2nd time onwards they started delaying the delivery. They didn’t even complete all deliveries and never respond on WhatsApp. Order type Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1

1st of all I thanked to bhumika ma'am Who understand what i was looking for. For the last 2year i was trying to loss my weight i tried so many things but result is same Bahut bar toh lga ki mere se ho hi nahi paiga . But mere gym mate me mujhe inke( mealslab) bare me bataya Just try a month Phle toh laga ki nahi hoga but finally mai bat kiya Apni requirement bataya or fir start kiya 1st day i got 1meal that was insufficient qki mujhe bhuk lagti hai or thora diet jayida leta hu or mere utne se nahi hota I told bhumika ma'am ki ma'am full meal chahiye itte se nahi hoga She was like thik hai mai kuch krti hu 2day mujhe meal mila but late se mujhe lga asie kasie hoga yaar itta late milega toh 3rd jab meal aaya toh maine decide kiya its over I want my money back Mujhe nahi krna diet Itte se khane me kuch nahi hoga Maine call kiya or sb kuch bol diya ki I don't want to continue mujhe pasie chahiye Bla bla But she was so polite and she told me just give me this day than decide ki apko krna hai continue ki nahi I was like thik hai In afternoon i got meal i eat i was really happy that what she served me Now mai taking 2meal a day I follow her instruction After a week I checked my weight which is reduced my 1.3 kg I really appreciate her tolerance level and understanding level. Sayad mai bhuk ki wajah se jayida irritate ho rha tha but after continuing I saw the result Now i really thanks to mealslab specialy bhumika ma'am.

I have personally seen their kitchen and I must say that they are extra serious about HYGIENE. They use all healthy and organic ingridients. The food is so delicious that it will surely tickle your taste-buds. The packaging is also very good with a unique label on the top, which speaks about the nutritional value of the dish.

I have been using mealslab since an year and i am a regular customer of them ! They have amazing command over delicious and healthy food. The services are really good. They give one to one instructions and help to detect what problem you are going through. Mealslab has really helped me in reducing my PCOS since past one year . I would highly recommend people who wants to improve their health or going through long term disease. Thankyou mealslab (:

To me, paying more than ₹130 for soy bits and a half-bowl of rice is absurd. Additionally, they excel in serving bland salad that 😩smells bad. MEALSLAB gave me pulav without vegetables as a demo meal, and I figured I'd give them a chance, so I tried two more meals: one with yakk and stinky cabbage and 50 g of paneer in a meal equivalent to breakfast, and the second, which was even worse, with soya chunks and half bowl fried rice. I have been consuming thier meals since 4 months, So far It is has helped a lot in maintaining my Macros. However it would be better if you guys exlcuded things like Vircimilli which has empty calories and could add a bit of fiber. Other than that everything is perfect for the price point, I'm totally satisfied. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
