MealsLab

I started using their service after getting a recommendation from a friend. Soon enough I felt the food was getting bland but still continued. I made my next payment but the very next day I had a bit of covid symptoms so I informed them and asked not to deliver and issue a refund. They said that the refund might be a problem so I tried and talked to my friend to take these meals but the lockdown hit. Post lockdown, my friend refused to take their plan as he was bored too and the service was late for him so I requested the refund again. I've been fake promised so many times after that. It's been almost 4 months and I don't have any refund till date but the promises of resolving have been going on for months, hours, days and even minutes. Pathetic! Highly disappointed with such small businesses who don't care about their existing customers and call themselves award winning! Ugh!

Horrible customer service. The delivery guys are awful at their job. They forget to bring a spoon with the meals like always. One time a delivery guy informed me after 2 hours of the delivery time that he wouldn’t deliver the meal. Even then I had called them first to inquire about my meal. There is no proactiveness. They don’t even inform all their customers that they wouldn’t be delivering meals due to their personal reasons. We rely on their meals, but they don’t seem to take any responsibility. Been having this for close to 2 months now, and it has been really good so far. Ignore the negative rated comments as we all need to understand it's not always possible to serve the food to fit one's particular tastebuds, but here they give it all they got to make it right. The POC, Bhumika, is always available and promptly solves and resolves any issue that comes up. One of the best service provider The delivery person Anil is humble and welcoming, and often stays on time. All in all, when you are on a strict diet, and want to excel with your food goals, pick this and give it a shot. You'll like it❤️ Order type Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5

I really liked the idea and the ground values on which the Mealslab kitchen was started is to serve quality and clean food to the people of Indore city. To which most of us lack to eat & follow in our day today life. The quality of food is so good and it tastes absolutely best with nothing fancy and messy. Also the meals are very budget friendly. Definitely a kitchen to go for !!

I m very impressed by the service by Meals lab ,they have variety of healthy dishes, multiple options, customise meal plans , their delivery system is also friendly, i love how they first know their customers and accordingly they make meals , mostly healthy food tastes simple but they make it tasty and interesting thats the best part , their customer service is also so good and friendly they interact with you in proper manner. Their services are pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. Despite having the option of veg and nonveg meals for specific days in their plan they manage to mess up royally. They'll make you pay upfront, all of it in advance and and when it comes to delivery, they'll keep you guessing whether you are getting your meal today or not. I opted for monthly weight loss meal plan and its really good. They take care of the nutrition plan and the food taste is very good. It will not take much effort to shift from normal food to your planned diet. I have also witnessed the results and have started loosing weight. Their customer support is very supportive and they take care of your likes, dislikes and answer all the queries they also try to take action if you face any issue. Will surely recommend.
