In place of Chicken roll they gave us Egg roll and charged for chicken roll (take away ) which is ridiculous .

Service is OK, but this store doesn’t offer the taste what the original Sams 56 dukan. Pathetic taste. We ordered manchurian noodle roll, veg roll and cheese corns steam momos, none of the dish is upto the mark. I can’t believe you went through the same ridiculous situation! It’s beyond frustrating. When I was in my car, they delivered without hesitation, but the moment I was sitting just a few feet away on the benches, they completely refused. How does that even make sense? The benches are right there, within their premises, yet they act like it’s too much trouble. This isn’t just poor service—it’s downright infuriating and shows how little they care about consistency or respect for their customers. Clearly, this is an ongoing issue, and the fact that it keeps happening makes it even worse. I’m done with this place—there’s no way I’m going back to this restaurant after such awful treatment. Pathetic taste for a joint only serving rolls and momos as their main dish they are really not making an impact with their signature dishes. I have tried twice now and the taste and experience is getting worst. Also the staff is not cooperative space is cramped. I’ll always be thankful to them that theh opened their outlet in vijay nagar because i hated going all the way till 56dukaan Yummy taste in all their dishes Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The taste of the momos here is excellent, especially the Afghani Momos, Cheese Corn Momos, and Tandoori Momos. However, their cold coffee wasn’t good and could be improved. If you love momos, this is a great place to enjoy them with your friends and relatives. Dude, had the worst momos and rolls today! 😡 Even roadside stalls do better! Sam's a big brand now, but the food they're serving is a total letdown 🙄. If you're in Indore, trust me, don't touch their stuff with a bargepole! Offer or no offer, steer clear! 👎 Your shop's got a lot of work to do to get back on track! 💥👊🏻😤 Order type Delivery Price per person ₹200–400 Food: 1
