My recent experience at Sam’s Momos was beyond disappointing. After placing my order inside and patiently waiting on a bench right outside the restaurant, I was shocked by the sheer inconsistency and lack of basic customer service. I noticed that they had no problem delivering food to customers sitting in their cars, but when I asked them to bring my order out when it was ready (just a few feet away), they outright refused. This kind of selective treatment is completely unacceptable. It’s absurd that they are willing to cater to some customers, while blatantly ignoring others who are just outside their restaurant. If they can deliver to cars, why refuse to bring an order to someone sitting right there? This reeks of poor service and lack of respect for customers. Such behavior reflects a serious lack of professionalism and fairness. I will certainly think twice before coming back or recommending this place to anyone. The worst experience I have ever had here. I clearly mentioned in my instructions that I did not want any mayonnaise in my order. Despite that, my food arrived with a large amount of mayonnaise. When I raised the issue, I was told that the item could not be made without mayonnaise. If that was the case, why was my request accepted in the first place? What made the experience even worse was the response from the staff. When I explained that I did not want any kind of mayonnaise, I was repeatedly told that it was garlic mint mayonnaise, as if that changed my request. I had already made it clear that I wanted no mayonnaise at all. This is not just a matter of preference—it can be a serious health concern. I am allergic to mayonnaise, which is exactly why I specifically requested that it not be included. Ignoring such instructions can put customers at risk and their health concerns should be taken seriously and treated with respect. The staff member’s attitude was rude and dismissive, and I was simply told to “see for yourself.” This is not how customers should be treated. The taste was excellent, with fresh and flavourful chicken. The service was commendable & pricing is moderate, making it a great value. I had tried Chicken Tikka Roll which costs ₹130 and it filled my stomach. They are serving Halal ✅ Chicken as confirmed by the staff. Never order momo from this restaurant. They are fraudsters. I ordered momo from zomato and they didn't provide red chutney which we know is the main ingredient. Upon calling the restaurant they simply said red chutney was not available and when I asked for refund they cut the call. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Also momo were not tasty. Is this even a roll? I have rolls from Zomato from Sams and the thickness of the wrap was excessive and it felt like I was eating mostly maida rather than a properly balanced roll. The quality of the food was very disappointing and did not meet the standards I would expect from a brand. The preparation and overall quality felt poor and honestly, I have had much better food from roadside vendors. I genuinely do not understand how a brand can serve food of this quality and still maintain its reputation.
