Excellent brand, I happened to use their Herbalist duo at a Marriott property recently and was in awe. Ordered the set for myself later, haven’t had happier hair! Totally recommended 10/10

I ordered the kimirica Bridgerton Neroli and thyme fragrance, based on the olafactory components. 1. The packing received was in very good condition. 2. The fragrance was pretty mild (I was expecting a more stronger fragrance), but my skin felt very smooth after using the body wash. 3. Wish the fragrance lasted longer

Positives: 1. Good reviews of your product. 2. Got to know of your product at one of the Club Mahindra Holidays Outlets. My wife was impressed. Improvements: 1. Please reduce, Reduce Box Packing size. Since it is not glass item, it can be delivered via a good quality paper bag. 2. In total I received closed to about 10 emails w.r.t Product Purchase and Delivery. Not forgetting the WhatsApp Messages. Please reduce this to min 2.

I ordered the Mother’s Day gift box , The Gentleman gift set, Herbalist lotion + wash, and Souq perfume. Quality and packaging were excellent — very premium feel. Loved The Gentleman and Herbalist range, those are definitely my favorites. Souq wasn’t to my taste scent-wise, but I appreciate the overall curation. Would reorder the Gentleman + Herbalist again. Do u have a recommendation similar to the smell of the gentleman and herbalist product ? would love to try .

This was my first time placing an order with you, and I ordered in bulk with the expectation of receiving properly packed and undamaged products. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the condition in which the items were delivered. The packaging was very poor and unhygienic. Out of the total body showers ordered, several bottles were broken, some were leaking, and only two body showers were received in proper condition. The rest were damaged due to careless packaging and handling. Honestly, if you visit Bath & Body Works even once, you will understand what a proper supply chain and professional packaging standards look like. This kind of packaging is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying their hard-earned money and ordering in quantity. Because of this issue, I have suffered a clear financial loss. I would like to know who will compensate for the damaged products and the money I have lost due to your poor packaging? I request you to please look into this matter seriously and provide a proper resolution at the earliest—either a replacement or a refund for the damaged items.
